The Space:

This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is situated in a quiet part of Anglesea that now has WIFI. The minute you drive onto the property, you will feel like you are on holiday. As you head up the front steps you will appreciate the lovely big deck, complete with out door setting and barbeque. Upon entering the property you will find an open plan kitchen, living and meals area with floor to ceiling windows that allow an abundance of natural light in. Downstairs you will find two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and two sets of bunks in the other. Both bedrooms are serviced by a family bathroom, complete with bath and separate shower. Upstairs is the master bedroom with walk in robe and ensuite. Finally downstairs you will find a laundry with washer and sink for rinsing off after a day at the beach. The home has everything you need for the perfect bush setting getaway. A 10 minute walk into the main part of town along one of the many beautiful walking tracks, you really can leave the car at home.

Payment Terms – (excluding Airbnb bookings) If you are booking within 30 days of arrival, the full balance will be taken immediately. If you’re booking 30+ days from arrival a 50% deposit is to be paid at time of booking and the balance will be taken approximately 1 week before your stay.

Bookings made for arrivals between 20th December and 31st January, a 50% deposit will be taken at the time of booking and the balance will be taken in the 1st week of December. For any bookings made after December 1st for these dates, the full amount will be taken at the time of reservation.

Guest Access:

On the day of your arrival you will receive an email providing you with the details for check-in, including the location of the key safe and its code. You should receive this sms at approximately 9am. In order for this sms to be generated you need to ensure that you sign and return the confirmation as well as provide us with a copy of your identification.
