Whether you're savoring breathtaking sunsets, hosting friends, or exploring the island by boat (23 ft. size limit), this home offers everything you need to create lasting memories. Here, every day feels like vacation-and the sunsets are always complimentary.

The home accommodates up to seven guests maximum with one king bed, one queen bed, and a bunk bed with a full bottom and twin top. Sunday check ins require approval.

Amenities include air conditioning, linens, washer and dryer, propane grill, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, dishes and utensils, and satellite television. Extras include WiFi, an outdoor shower, and access to the community dock.

Reservations of fewer than five nights are subject to a higher nightly rate. A refundable security deposit of five hundred dollars is required. All rates are subject to twelve percent tax, cleaning fee, and reservation fee. A three percent fee applies to credit card payments, with checks accepted to avoid this fee. Holiday rates are higher.
