Duplex apartment in the Green Valley condominium Teresópolis Albuquerque, all furnished, living room with fireplace, full equipped kitchen and balcony overlooking the lake. Two suites, one with double bed and one with a double bed and a bunk bed. Annex to the Green Valley club with complete leisure infrastructure. Access to the club may be allowed for an additional fee. In the rental of the apartment is not included the supply of towels and bed linen.
