Gated Home Near Beaches/Newport w/ Massive open Living/Gourmet Kitchen, 12 beds

I am usually not interested in 3 night rentals during the high season (May-September) and holidays, but you are welcome to make an inquiry (sometimes I make exceptions based on scheduling and market conditions). It is at my discretion to determine number of days, so please check with me before you make solid plans with your group and put in a reservation.

Simply the best family and group friendly home on the island. The home is located just 5 minutes by car to Newport's finest beaches and 10 minutes to downtown,.

This home can be rented by the long weekend year round except for July and August where this home is available for periods of one week only. 3 or 4 night summer weekends can be rented at premium pricing at owners discretion.


The 5500 square foot home has a 2000 square foot open living, dining and kitchen area. The chef's kitchen is outfitted with high end 48" appliances, large private pantry, 2 fridges, and is fully stocked with plenty of cooking necessities.

The living room seats 14+ and has a wide screen TV. Within the same space is a regulation antique Brunswick pool table, a 22 foot antique American Shuffleboard table, a bar room, and a dining table that easily seats 14 people. There is an additional table that seats 6, and 2 bar stools at the grand kitchen island.

There is a 6 person sauna at basement level. The area from the main floor to the basement is tastefully finished in mahogany and cedar.

There are 6 bedrooms with ample additional sleeping space in the 2nd floor loft (which is ample in size 25'x18'). In all there are 8 king beds and 4 twins. Comfortable sleeping for 12 individual beds, or 16+ with couples and kids. Outside there are 2 decks and a patio.
The master bath is ensuite, with Jacuzzi tub and shower. There are 3 additional full bathrooms that can be shared by the 5 additional bedrooms. The home is in excess of 5500 square feet.
The yard is private and gated.
Extra Covid cleaning measures are occurring including making sure all touch points are anti-viral sprayed even after a thorough cleaning. An additional service can be provided for $300 which is performed by a separate environmental sanitization company which will fog then wipe down the entire interior of the property with a peroxide based solution which is non-toxic but an extremely reliable virus killer.
