This Beautiful Home features Four (4) Bedrooms with a Movie Room/Game Room, Two Living Areas, and Two (2) Dining Areas, or the Formal Living/Dining Area can be used just for dining.

The Massive Family Room is perfect for gathering with Friends or Family during your Annual Gatherings. It Boasts a Romantic Corner Fireplace, to keep you cozy in the colder months, and 3 windows that look out onto the back yard, which has beautiful Pink Crepe Myrtle Trees, lining the back yard fence. They produce quite a beautiful floral show during the summer and fall months.

The Front Entrance boasts the perfect dining room, for gathering for a large dinner, with everyone at one table. This creates the perfect atmosphere to photograph everyone as you create memories to last a lifetime. The dining area can also be used as a gathering place to play board games or card games with the group that you are traveling with. I have supplied a tablecloth, to cover the wood table, for such occasions. Natural Wood is less forgiving of scratches and nicks, so to ensure that each guest is able to enjoy the beauty of the real wood, throughout the home, we ask that it be protected with tablecloths, placemats, and coasters, as needed.


The Master Suite Boasts a Large Bedroom, with a King Size Bed and a Full Bath and Shower. It is located at the back of the home, for extra added privacy.

The Second Bedroom has a Queen Size Bed.

The Third Bedroom has a Full Size Bed.

The Fourth Bedroom Has Two Twin Size Beds.

There is a Full Guest Bath upstairs and a Powder Bath downstairs.

There is a fully equipped Laundry room, with an LG Washer and Dryer, for those who are staying more than one day, and may need access to laundry facilities.

There is an eat-in kitchen, with room to gather, and cook and entertain together. There is also a patio set on the back patio, for those who enjoy a nice cup of coffee or tea, while the birds serenade them, in the morning. There is also a fire pit, for which we provide a complimentary block of wood, for each guest.

This property is less than two miles from the Round Rock Outlet Mall, Ikea, Ross, JC Penney, H.E.B. Grocery Store, TGIF and many other businesses and eateries.

While we feel that this is already a beautiful home, we are continuously in the improvement stages. I was in the Quality Assurance field for 20 years, so I believe in having the current quality match the current price. We have relaxed the rental rate until we are able to replace the carpet on the second floor, with wood or tile flooring. So be sure to take advantage of the reduced cost, by booking ahead, to lock in the lower rates.

We monitor the home for your safety. There are two cameras inside, which you should unplug when you arrive. They are there to ensure that you walk into a safe home. Those two cameras are in the family room and in the movie room.

All other cameras are monitoring the activities in the yard and in the garage. While it is a very safe neighborhood, we like to stay ahead of any possible scammer activity.
