Great place and location

Nice property. As advertised. Close to main downtown beaver creek and close driving to vail and avon. EV charging on the property is a plus.

Comfy stay and great location

We are repeat Kiva renters and will always come back! The location is great- the ski-in/out access is awesome and walking to the village is quick and easy. We love the pool and hot tubs after a day of skiing. Front desk staff are professional and easy to work with. This unit was comfortable and had all the basics for eating in. Everyone loved their bed and the fireplace.
