This Platinum residence offers a great room with a wood burning fireplace and sleeper sofa, a premium chef’s kitchen, two guest suites, each with an attached bathroom, one with a king size bed, the second with a queen bed, twin-over-twin bunk beds and trundle bed. Additional features include ceiling fans, designer finishings, a washer/dryer, covered parking for one vehicle and access to a private ski locker room.

Guests will appreciate Highlands Area and partial slope views from the furnished deck, as well as the convenience of being steps from a skiway that provides easy ski-in, ski-out access. Additional property amenities include a complimentary shuttle service, a year-round pool, two hot tubs, a sauna, BBQ grills, and an outdoor gas fire pit overlooking Beaver Creek. Please note that this home does not have air conditioning.

Convenient location, spacious, cozy condo

Short walk to the Hyatt, diagonally down the street, which has steps next to it that lead down to Beaver Creek Village, directly across from the Blue Moose pizza restaurant. The condo has a spacious master bedroom and bath, the living area was also quite spacious with a great wood-burning fireplace, making it a very cozy space. The unit was clean, the full sized washer and dryer was a lifesaver, and the filtered water from the fridge tasted as good as bottled water. Assigned parking was a plus! We enjoyed our stay in this unit and will rent it again!

Great ski in/out condo!!

We had a wonderful stay in this Beaver Creek condo! It was decorated beautifully and very roomy for a 2-bedroom. The 3 full baths were perfect as we brought our friends’ adult son and fiancé with us. The bedrooms were roomy, living area was comfortable, bathrooms were beautiful, the kitchen very well appointed, and we used the wood burning fireplace thanks to the handy wood and starter accessories (first time I’ve seen a wood burner in one of these!). We could see the first lift from the living room windows! The ski lockers are conveniently located by the entrance to the garage, just across from the ski bridge to the village and lifts. If walking to the village, it was a short downhill walk to the Hyatt which is BC central. The front desk was wonderful! Helpful with reservations, follow up on food orders, recommendations, and directions… not to mention the seamless check in/out process. I highly recommend this condo and Kivain general. I would absolutely stay here again!!

The Kiva 327 unit exceeded our expectations. The unit is clean, well maintained and very comfortable. Really enjoyed the view of the ski hill and although the ski runs nearby were not open to take advantage of the ski in ski out the small hike to the lift was not terrible. My family gives this unit a big thumbs up and look forward to booking it again in the future.

Excellent Condo - Close to Everything

We've stayed at a lot of mountain resort condos and this was one of our very favorites! The quality of the furnishings is very good, the space is quite roomy, and the restaurants in Beaver Creek plaza are just a short walk away. We would definitely stay here again!

Fabulous Condo

We had an amazing time in this condo. It was clean with great furnishings and a fully stocked kitchen. We love Beaver Creek for the 4th of July and the condo is in a great location - near the village. We utilized the free shuttle at night which was convenient. We appreciated the welcome basket which contained a variety of snacks and coffee. We would definitely stay again. Our only wish is that the Kiva was pet friendly.

Great location!

This condo was beautiful and very comfortable for our family of four. We could have brought a couple of our kids friends as well. It was so nice. Quick access to the Highlands ski lifts via a ski way right outside the garage. Short walk to the village (maybe 5 minutes at most) and just very pleasant overall. The pool and hot tubs were really nice too and our kids loved that. Great kitchen with everything you would need for cooking. We loved the wood burning fireplace too!
