Ski-In/Ski-Out Luxury Townhome Renovated 2026 Bunk Room + Game Level
Ski-In/Ski-Out at The Aspens — Sleeps 14, Just Updated
Ski home to the Elkhorn Chairlift and end the day steps from your door. The Aspens is one of Beaver Creek's most convenient addresses: the Nordic Center and golf course are right outside, Beaver Creek Village and the Vilar Performing Arts Center are an easy walk, and the Village Connect shuttle runs the short distance into the Village when you'd rather not walk.
The home was substantially updated in 2026 — all-new lighting throughout, refreshed fixtures and hardware, and new linens and towels in every bedroom. Three levels of living space give a big group real separation instead of everyone stacked in one hallway.
Sleeping — 4 bedrooms, sleeps 14
Master bedroom — California king, private en suite bath, ceiling fan Upstairs bedroom — Queen, served by a full bath that connects to both the bedroom and the living room, and locks from both sides Basement bedroom — King with private en suite bath Bunk room — A queen-over-queen bunk plus a twin XL-over-twin XL bunk, sleeping six. Full-scale adult bunks with proper mattresses, not the flimsy kids' frames typical of ski rentals — grown-ups actually fit. A hall bath with shower/tub sits directly outside. Den / office — Desk and a high-quality American Leather full-size sleeper sofa. Good for an extra couple, a nanny, or teenagers who want their own corner.
Living The main living area centers on a stone fireplace with a wall-mounted TV. Downstairs is a second living room built around a large wall-mounted screen — the room everyone migrates to after skiing, with the hall bath right there. The kitchen has enough counter space for several people to cook at once. Eero Pro 7 mesh WiFi covers all levels, so you can take a call from the den while the kitchen is loud. All TVs are smart-TV ready — sign in to your own streaming accounts.
After a ski day - Full-size washer and dryer in a dedicated laundry room - Boot and gear storage at the entry - Room-by-room Ecobee smart thermostats
The neighborhood Beaver Creek Nordic Center and golf course: about a minute's walk. Vilar Performing Arts Center: roughly 8–10 minutes on foot. Centennial Express: about 10 minutes. Hooked and Powder 8 are walkable; Beaver Creek Village adds skating, sledding, and the full restaurant lineup. Eagle County Airport (EGE) is about 35–40 minutes by car; Vail is a short drive up-valley.
Good to know Ski access from the home involves crossing the driveway and one short flight of steps — quick and easy, but worth knowing if anyone in your group has mobility limitations. Ski-in/ski-out access varies with snow conditions and resort operations. There is no hot tub at this home. Self check-in with keypad entry. Quiet residential complex — please keep noise down after 10pm. No smoking, no pets, no events. Maximum occupancy 14, enforced.

We had a fabulous getaway with our group of friends at the condo. It is well equipped in the kitchen. We were able to do all of our cooking and serving meals for eight people. The beds were very comfortable, and we all commented on the luxurious towels in each bathroom. We’ve never stayed in a Beavercreek property before and what a great area. It is an easy walk to the village and nature hikes, really a lovely area in the summer. Reed our host was wonderful and took care of all the little needs that arose during our stay. I would recommend this spot for any group of people who want to gather together and enjoy the Beaver Creek and the surrounding area.
House was great. Perfect location and Reed was very responsive and helpful with all of our questions.

Thank you so much! We’re so glad you loved the house and the location. It was truly a pleasure hosting you, and we hope to welcome you back again soon!
The host was very responsive. The place was well stocked and comfortable. Unfortunately, we could not access the ski in/out due to lack of snow. Shuttle service was very convenient, but we were also able to walk into the village from this unit.
Great condo for large group with comfortable beds and baths. Easy access to ski resort with nearly instantaneous and friendly shuttle service. Highly recommend!
Great property and location close to Beaver Creek village. very spacious with nice views of the mountain. Cant wait to come back for Ski season and easy Ski In/out access!
We has a great experience. The house was very clean and spacious. The owners communicated well. The location is convenient for activities, shopping, and dining. I highly recommend this property!

Easy walk to BC Village. The house was very well maintained and equipped. Nice to have garage and an extra parking space. One member of our family commented on how comfortable the bedding was. Perfect for a family getaway as there is privacy on all 3 levels and 2 living areas. We enjoyed our stay!
A highly enjoyable stay, even when the temperature dipped to - 26 Celsius at night. Four very comfortable bedrooms, good beds, nice bathrooms. All very clean, easy communications with the hosts, who were very gracious and helpful. There is a pathway right across the alley for ski in and ski out. Highly recommended.

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, listing accuracy
The house is quite spacious with a good floor plan; however, its' proximity to the busy road made it quite noisy as the windows needed to remain open to let in cool air since the home is not air conditioned.
This property has it all! The view was breathtaking and the convenience to Beaver Creek center makes it a 12 out of 10! We have stayed here during ski season as well and we keep going back. The home has so much space that everyone is comfortable (even those hard to please teens who want their own space!). I highly recommend this home!
I had an amazing stay with my family and friends. The location is perfect. It's walking distance to the action, but far enough removed that it's quiet and peaceful. There are trails right out the front door. The house is very clean, well stocked, and has incredibly views of the mountain. Check in/out process was a piece of cake. Can't wait to come back and stay here in the winter!
Gorgeous mountain decorated home. The downstairs suite is perfect for a 2nd family. Any questions to rental agent were answered with quick response. As a landlord myself - I appreciate this quality of service from others. Easy walk to Beaver Creek village. Kitchen was very well equipped. Overall a very enjoyable stay.

Amazing place just a short walk away from Beaver Creek Village. Nice roomy townhouse. Private parking. One negative is entering the home. Have to enter through garage instead of the front door.

Hi Robbie,
Thanks for staying with us!
We appreciate your feedback about entering through the garage. We are installing a new digital keypad for the front door so everyone can enter through the front door or the garage.
Thanks again for staying with us and we hope to have you back soon!

Convenient location, easy to get our young family around the village
This property was located within an easy walking distance to the village. What I didn’t realize until we got there was just how easy the Village Connect Shuttle worked. They pick you up at the front of the neighborhood, wait times were usually less than 5 minutes. Not to mention the ski path that takes you down to the Elkhorn lift for an easy way to start the day.
The host was prompt and pro-active.
We would definitely stay here again.
We had the absolute best week! This townhouse was perfect for our family of 6 adults and 4 children ages 4 and under. The location was great! Easy walking, easy ski out and back in for adults. Would suggest shuttle service if taking first time skiing 4 year olds, simply because of equipment and skill. Shuttle service was so convenient to anywhere you needed to go. Top notch cleanliness, plenty of towels and basic supplies! Beds were so comfortable! The decor is beautiful, welcoming and relaxing. Kitchen fully stocked with great culinary equipment needed for family meals. Our hosts were very responsive with any questions! We are looking forward to next year and would definitely stay here again!
Absolutely LOVED staying at this condo. There was so much room for our group. We would throw the kids downstairs to play on the lower level and us adults enjoyed happy hour upstairs on the deck off the living room!
Perfect place for our annual fall golf trip! It's a 1-2 minute walk to the Beaver Creek Golf Club.
Definitely will be back in the Winter. Reed the property manager showed us where you can ski in/out from the condo which is right out the front door (10 feet away). Easy to find and kitchen fully stocked with essentials. Would highly recommend.

I can’t give this more start! I’d like to say 100! Perfectly located, could easily walk or take the easy shuttle! The three king beds suited our adults and the addition room with two more beds and a sleeper sofa, fit all the kiddos and their varied ages. Additionally, the extra living was so nice for kids! I must say, this was the most well stocked I’ve ever found a rental. More than enough of backups, like paper towels, dishwasher pods and toilet paper. Reed was most efficient answering (the few) I had. Amazing!!!And the garage for our car was a huge plus.

About the host
Hosted by Jared Mellin
We're a family from the New York area. We bought it because we wanted a place big enough for everyone to come at once — family and friends — without anyone drawing the short straw on where to sleep.
We spend time here every year ourselves, which is really the whole story of how the house is set up. Every choice we've made was made for our own family first: the bunk room that fits actual adults, the lighting we redid because the old fixtures were dim and gloomy, the second living room downstairs so the people watching a game aren't in the same room as the people reading.
We're hands-on hosts. If something isn't right during your stay, message us — we'd genuinely rather hear about it and fix it than read about it later.
Why they chose this property
The Aspens is a quiet residential pocket just below Beaver Creek Village, and it's the rare address that's both genuinely on the mountain and genuinely peaceful. You ski down to the Elkhorn Chairlift and back home again. In the evening, the Village is a short walk or a quick ride on the Village Connect — dinner, the ice rink, whatever the Vilar has on that night — and then you come back to a quiet street rather than a busy resort base.
What sold us was that it works in both seasons. In summer the Nordic Center trails and the golf course are right outside, and the whole valley opens up for hiking and biking.
It's also close to real life when you need it — Avon and the Riverwalk are minutes away for groceries and errands, and Eagle County Airport is about a 35–40 minute drive, which makes a long weekend actually feasible.
What makes this property unique
Three things. It sleeps 14 without anyone sleeping in a hallway. Most homes this size in the complex top out at 12. Our bunk room has a queen-over-queen and a twin-XL-over-twin-XL, in full-scale adult bunks with real mattresses — not the flimsy kids' frames you usually find. Two of the bedrooms have private en suites, so the couples in your group get their own bathrooms.
The layout separates people. Three levels and two living rooms means the group that wants a movie and the group that wants to talk aren't negotiating. That sounds minor until you've spent a week with twelve people in one great room.
We just updated it, and we thought about the boring things. New lighting throughout on dimmers, new linens, smart thermostats zoned room by room so you can sleep cold and live warm, mesh WiFi that actually reaches every floor, and monitored leak detection because a frozen pipe ruins everyone's week. It's not a showpiece remodel — it's a house set up to work hard for a big group.
