This first floor residence, outfitted in classic mountain and Southwest decor, offers a wood burning fireplace, full kitchen, a guest suite with a king bed and attached bathroom, two queen beds in the second and third bedrooms, washer/dryer, covered parking for one vehicle and access to a private ski locker room.

Guests will appreciate views of Strawberry Park from the furnished patio, as well as the convenience of being steps from a skiway that provides easy ski-in, ski-out access. Additional property amenities include a complimentary shuttle service, a year-round pool, two hot tubs, a sauna, BBQ grills, and an outdoor gas fire pit overlooking Beaver Creek. Please note that this home does not have air conditioning.

The all and all stay was conveniently located and had everything we needed as a family of 6. The condo was a bit outdated and needs a little attention.

Great stay at Kiva!

Fabulous ski vacation

The property was perfect for our two families! We’ll stocked kitchen, clean and great ski in and ski out. We had 4 kids under 7 in ski school and easily skied down every morning! We loved it! And would definitely come back!

Perfect location and great place in Beaver Creek!

Perfect place to stay. We had 3 couples and a baby. It is so nice to have an ensuite bathroom attached to each room. The location is also perfect, walking distance to Beaver Creek village as well as a few hiking trails. The patio/garden area of the Kiva is so nice too and was a great grass space for our toddler to play.

Taking the kids skiing

Our original unit got shifted last minute due to an unscheduled owner showing up- initially I was upset due to the fact it was going to change the bedding arrangements- they responded and gave us an upgraded unit and some credit and once experiences get the venue - it was great. The updated unit was beautiful and they gave us a roll-away to manage the bedding - overall we were pleased as I had four kids and my girlfriend there- great family spot - close to the village- easy to walk- but if you have young one( under 6) that doesn’t love to walk - ordering the shuttle is easy once adding the app. I have stayed in this building for past 2 years - I would do again if unable to get right in the village

Nice ski-in/ski-out property

We enjoyed our stay at the Kiva. The property was clean and as described via the listing. Great location for ski-in/ski-out at Beaver Creek. The only reason we give 4 stars it that we had an issue with the property management. They never responded to our email requests for ski rental or additional parking spaces, despite them reaching out to us initially. While they offered "concierge" services, they never responded to the actual requests.
