This Platinum, first floor residence offers a family room with a wood burning fireplace, upgraded A/V (Blu-Ray DVD, Bose Stereo with iPod capabilities) and sleeper sofa, a premium chef’s kitchen, two guest suites, each with an attached bathroom, one with a king bed, the other with two queen beds. Additional features include a washer/dryer, covered parking for one vehicle and access to a private ski locker room.

Guests will appreciate views overlooking the Highlands area from the furnished patio, as well as the convenience of being steps from a skiway that provides easy ski-in, ski-out access. Additional property amenities include a complimentary shuttle service, a year-round pool, two hot tubs, a sauna, BBQ grills, and an outdoor gas fire pit overlooking Beaver Creek. Please note that this home does not have air conditioning.

Beaver Creek Condo

This was our second year staying at this condo and it exceeded our expectations again! Super close to the lifts, nice beds, updated interior. The staff was also super friendly. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect spring break

We loved our stay at the Kiva! We were able to ski in and out which made a quick lunch at the condo so easy. We loved having the kitchen and cozy living room for cozy nights in and having a washer and dryer on a ski vacation is a game changer. We will definitely be back!

Great condo

Excellent location for an easy walk/ski to the village. The staff at the Kiva were helpful and friendly. The condo is really well stocked with everything to make your stay enjoyable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this clean, quiet, spacious condo!

Labor Day weekend

We truly enjoyed our stay in this lovely condo. The location and proximity to the village is excellent. Everything is very walkable. The condo was very clean with fresh/new bed linens. The kitchen was well appointed with enough pots/pans to cook a nice meal. The floor plan and room size is spacious. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. The property is quiet. Overall it was a very comfortable stay. Highly recommend.
