This Platinum, contemporary, designer-inspired residence offers an open floorplan with wall-to-wall windows and a gas fireplace in the great room, dining area and full kitchen with gas range and granite countertops. Additional features include two twin beds in the guest bedroom, air conditioning, a washer/dryer, private ski locker, on-site parking and complimentary ski season shuttle to/from Vail and Beaver Creek. Guests will enjoy picturesque mountain views and the convenience of staying steps from Avon restaurants, bars and shops. There’s also a fitness center, indoor lap pool, hot tubs, an adult sports lounge and youth game room available for use. Per Ascent HOA Rules & Regulations, regardless of bedding only 2 rental guests are allowed in each room with the exception of infants under 1 year old.
