Cloudsong Chalet 1 - Close to the village centre!

Cloudsong invites you to relax and unwind in elegant self contained chalet accommodation close to the village centre and surrounded by lovely gardens and spectacular mountain scenery.
Enjoy the ambiance of a country village, stroll to the coffee shops and galleries and walk home under the stars after dining at a village restaurant or the local.
Summer offers long quiet evenings on the deck watching the sunset on the escarpments. Alternatively, in winter, enjoy the cozy wood fire; firewood provided from May to September.
Cloudsong is 2 hours drive from both Sydney and Canberra and close to local wineries, National Parks, historic sites, adventures activities, pristine beaches and beautiful natural scenery.
Each private chalet accommodates two people with luxurious kingsize beds. Each is fully self contained and facilities include airconditioning, wood fire, TV, DVD and player, microwave, fully equiped kitchen and Nespresso coffee machine; BYO pods.
* For last minute bookings, please call our office.
* Cloudsong does accept 1-night bookings but it is at a higher nightly rate. To get the best deal, book 2 nights or more.
Minimum night stays:
Weekend or Midweek 1 night
Long weekend - Public Holidays - 2 nights
Easter - 3 nights
Christmas and New Year - 2 nights
Mid week pricing applicable for Monday to Thursday nights only
Mid week rates do not apply to any bookings that includes a Friday/Saturday or Sunday night
Weekly pricing rates offered do not apply for a Saturday to Saturday stay (crossing 2 weekends)

The property was lovely and well located, but too much bleach!

The smell of bleech when we walked in was very strong! Perhaps a more environmentally friendly product wd be better. Given the O/N rate, i did expect some milk in the fridge at least! The property was great on lots of levels, but not very welcoming. Perhaps a small coffee pack for the plunger and some twinnings or fair trade tea options would be a bit more in line for a warm welcome. Its beautiful, but there is great potential. A lovely little township.
