You have access to our private beach from our property. It is ideal for a couple or family of 4. Enjoy beautiful long walks on the sandbar at low-tide.

The downstairs is comprised of a living and dining room, kitchen and one bedroom with two twin beds with an adjacent full bath. There are large windows (with pulldown shades) throughout the main floor including windows that overlook the front private lawn and Cardigan Bay. The kitchen is designed and equipped with all modern conveniences - cabinets, dishwasher, built-in microwave, electric stove/oven, refrigerator, small kitchen appliances such as coffee maker, toaster, food processor, etc.). Plenty of plates, glasses, serving pieces, cooking and baking necessities, lobster pot, looking cutlery/utensils. Groceries and supplies can be purchases at stories in Montague (15-20 minute drive away). Downstairs bathroom contains towels and soaps and there is also a washer/dryer with supplies provided.

The second bedroom and bath occupy the second floor as a bedroom suite with a small sitting area and view of Cardigan Bay. The room contains a queen-sized bed with designer linens, comforter and quilt and oak head and footboard with matching nightstands and armoire. The beautiful windows allow plenty of sunlight.

Enjoy the beautiful screened porch with oak rocking chairs and a gas BBQ. A wonderful place to read, catch a nap or enjoy a nice glass of wine!
