Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights
Trash goes in large blue dumpster behind party barn. No parties; events must be pre-approved. No smoking indoors. Registered guests only. Pets allowed but restricted to common areas.
Adjust the AC temp to 80 for cool or 55 for heat as you leave. Respect check-in/out times. . Do not move furniture. Damages beyond the deposit will be billed to the guest.
No food or drinks in bedrooms. No guns or illegal substances. Fireworks or candles not allowed. Free WiFi internet usage must be legal.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
