Welcome to our Island gem, Our unit is conveniently located at the Cliffs in the heart of Princeville on the Garden Island of Kauai. The Cliffs is a 22 acre beautifully manicured resort property, high on the bluff overlooking the ocean. The Cliffs units offer a quiet, private and spacious experience with all the amenities of many top notch hotels.

When we first saw the unit and location, we fell in love, and now we are excited to be sharing it with you! There are so many things that make this the perfect spot for your vacation in paradise, or a home away from home. It is a secure, second floor unit which is situated in such a way that it captures the cooling ocean breezes through the large slider doors on both sides of the unit. It's layout, features covered lanais on each side of the unit, which enable you to enjoy fresh air and indoor/outdoor living all year long... the unit itself is light and airy, with peekaboo views of the ocean as you walk in the door, Looking directly north provides you with spectacular sunset views. The lanai off the bedroom provides you with an amazing view of the mountains and the beautiful waterfalls that frequently grace the faces of the mountains. So whether you choose to relax in the living room, enjoy a meal at the dining table, or prepare your favorite dish in the well-stocked kitchen... There is plenty of space to settle in and truly relax and enjoy your vacation.

Our unit offers one master bedroom with king bed, one queen sofa sleeper, two full bathrooms, two private lanais, complete laundry facility within the unit, free unit exclusive internet, cable TV and DVD player, beach equipment, and a fully equipped kitchen.

Unlike many other properties in Princeville, there are additional amenities on property that make your stay a truly resort feel that completes this package.
These amenities include: two tennis courts, a pickle ball court, a half-court basketball court, two shuffleboard courts, a children’s playground, Two swimming pools, a hot tub for all, hot tub for adults only, and a putting green all round out the Cliffs amenities. There is so much more, from the full time concierge department along with fully functioning BBQ locations around the property and access to the oceanfront overlook to enjoy those spectacular Kaua'i sunsets.

Very nice place with an excellent location

This place is even nicer than the photos. The hosts were very helpful with check in/out. Overall a very nice place and experience. I am recommending this place to friends who are going to visit Kauai in the coming year..

We had a great stay here! Convenient for exploring Nepali coast, quiet, comfy bed, and loved having separate bathrooms for the two of us. The unit is a little outdated, which was fine, but we had issues with the lanai sliding doors getting stuck.

Close to all the good stuff!

Close to everything but you for sure need a car. Stayed here with our 9month old and it was perfect to have the separate bedroom so we could enjoy the evening. Lovely owners, great communication!

We loved staying at this listing! The resort it’s located within (the Cliffs) has a great view and great amenities! We loved having a full kitchen, all the beach equipment we needed and TWO bathrooms!! If we return to Kauai we will DEFINITELY try to stay here again!!

Perfect Princeville Condo

This is an outstanding property. Two full bathrooms, separate bedroom with own lanai. Room for 4 with sleeper couch and full kitchen. Centrally located, we would definitely stay here again.

Great location

Stayed for two weeks in this condo. We love the cliffs and all the amenities! Great location to get to so many different beaches, we love staying on the North Shore! Had a great time renting the bikes and riding to Princeville for ice cream! The condo has everything you could need. Beautiful sunsets over the bluff! We liked the privacy of the deck into the Garden view.

Absolutely wonderful

This place was a short walk to an ocean overlook. Place was exactly what we needed. Close to Hanalei Bay, amenities were lovely, and the vibe was delightful. I look forward to staying there on our next trip to Kauai

Wonderful place to stay

We enjoyed our stay in this wonderful condo. Everything we needed was right there in the condo. No problems with check in at all. The pool and hot tub are wonderful. We enjoyed the food trucks.

Amazing location

Kauai Vacation

We have stayed at the Cliffs several times before this trip and have always had a great experience there, this was no exception. Fantastic place to stay. Greg was a great host and very good to communicate with. We arrived several hours before check in and they let us check in early which was very helpful. We would stay again.

Amazing stay!

The condo is amazing! It has everything to make your stay comfortable. The two outdoor lanais offered great views, a nice place to eat, and a cool breeze. The owners were wonderful to work with and made sure our stay was perfect. You will be sad to leave. We can't wait to return next year.

Perfect for us

We really enjoyed staying in this condo. The bed was comfortable as well as the seating provided when we were home to relax. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was fantastic and we enjoyed the beach chairs that were stored on the front lanai. We would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous Vacation

We spent 9 days in this little gem in Princeville. The two balcony’s were fantastic. The back balcony has a beautiful mountain view and the birds came to visit us each morning. Greg and Eva Maria were great hosts and always provided timely responses. We would definitely stay again.
