Pool is currently under construction and will not be available until Fall 2026. This gorgeous beachfront Treasure Island condo is an ideal 1-bedroom, 1-bath getaway for soaking up the sun. With newly updated interior, large shared balcony, and heated beachfront pool, you're sure to feel right at home in this Sunset Chateau sanctuary. You'll be steps from the beach and several restaurants; watch the sunset from your balcony. Within 5 minutes of Madeira Beach/John's Pass, and 10 minutes from Clearwater beach but you will likely find yourself wanting to stay on your less crowded, private beach. This condo also features new furnishings, coastal decor, tons of amenities, and more!

Have fun in the sun with boogie boards and various floats. Sit back and relax on the couch after a day at the beach. We have have been traveling together for over 30 years, 25 of those years have been with our two children. Over the course of our travels, we have been vacation renters ourselves and we have used our experiences as the standard for how we wanted our guests to receive our condo unit. We purchased the condo in 2018 and spent about 3 months completely renovating the unit to ensure every little detail would only add to the experience our guests would have.
In 2024, our building was hit by Hurricanes Helene and Milton. We had to completely renovate again. This time the entire unit was upgraded with a European-style kitchen and space-saving layout to provide you with a spacious, luxurious place for you to relax during your vacation.

This condo is likely the most modern, spacious, and luxurious condo unit in the Sunset Chateau complex. We kept every possible traveler in mind when renovating the unit. Whether your a solo traveler looking for a quite place to relax, a family of four looking for a beach place within driving distance to theme parks, or a mature couple looking for a get-a-way retreat this property will serve every need, want, and desire.
What makes this property unique
A few of the many amenities we include with our condo unit include a very comfortable king size mattress in the bedroom, and a full size sleeper sofa for any extra guests. Stainless steel appliances throughout and a very large kitchen/living room bar which provides ample counter space to sit and enjoy a frozen beverage made in the Jimmy Buffett Margaritaville concoction blender. The kitchen is fully stocked with every item you could possibly need during your stay. Although the kitchen has a cooktop and oven and is stocked with pots and pans, we have also included an Instapot for you to use if you prefer.
There are hightop chairs and table to use on the balcony while enjoying a beautiful sunset, and beach chairs and a beach umbrella you can carry out to the beach to soak in some sun.
