Located in the heart of Pass-A-Grille, you’re just around the corner from 8th Avenue’s shops and restaurants, with Brass Monkey Restaurant and a coffee and ice cream shop right next door—no car required.
To maintain a clean, quiet, and relaxing environment for all guests, the property is non-smoking and pet-free. A signed rental contract and valid government-issued ID are required prior to check-in. Guests should note that stairs are required to access the balcony and shared exterior amenities, including a washer and dryer located on the second level. For guest safety and property security, exterior security cameras record audio and video 24/7. Street-permitted parking is provided for one vehicle; while vehicle information may be submitted in advance and receipt confirmed, the vehicle is not considered registered for parking until registration is explicitly confirmed on the day of arrival.
