Its distinctive V-shaped design and shared common walkways foster a friendly, community-oriented environment, making it a favorite for family reunions, large groups traveling together, and individual families alike. Guests frequently return to this property due to its charming tropical courtyard, seasonally heated swimming pool (typically heated March 1st through November 30th, weather permitting), and dedicated grilling areas.

This beautifully appointed condo is conveniently located on the first level near the elevator. The entire property sits directly on the beach, offering immediate sand access and placing guests just a short walk from the water. The communal balcony provides guests with stunning views of both the lush, landscaped pool area and the magnificent Gulf waters.

Great for a softball team!

We booked 8 condos for the USSSA National Championship. The property was small enough to allow the families to be together and for our kids to be safe. Parking was so easy and no long waits for elevators. We enjoyed our stay!

Family Memorial Day Vacation

My family absolutely enjoyed this rental. The room was so cute and had everything we needed. The beach was easily accessible, especially for my little boy. There was no headache of waiting for an elevator! Will book again!

We experienced no maintenance issues while in the unit. I would gladly use it again.

Sandpiper is a wonderful, family-friendly property, and unit 10A has just undergone a lovely renovation. With Sandpiper's popularity, it's very difficult to find a time of year that it's not booked. We never enjoy discommoding our guests, but property management and upkeep necessitate building-wide projects at times. We brought along 2 little kids that also enjoyed their stay. The staff at Bender was very friendly and helpful throughout our booking and during our vacation. My only suggestion would be to have a recycling service. We are used to separating our trash and recyclables at home, and at the end of our stay, we were disappointed that there was no place to put our box full of recyclable material.We had a wonderful time on our first visit to Gulf Shores! Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family has stayed at the Sandpiper over 20 times. This year was very disappointing as the pool was not heated. The pool used to be filled with children having a good time and the 2 weeks we were there the pool was empty. I would have gone to another place if I would have known that the advertised amenities were not available. My son and grandchildren were planning to go swimming on their spring break. My friends know that this is my spring break destination but unsure about future stays.

Perfect Condo for a Guy's Trip

We had easy access to the pool and the beach. We were allowed to enjoy ourselves around the pool without being hassled by overbearing security, and we enjoyed the folks who were staying around us.
