LJ Hooker South West Rocks welcomes you to Ocean Shores unit 16. A modern three bedroom unit, situated on the top floor of the complex. With its spacious, open planned living, kitchen and dining areas this property is perfect for the whole family.

This unit offers two verandas, one situated facing the beach and one situated overlooking the pool. The bedding configuration within the property consists of one queen bed and four single beds.

South West Rocks is situated only a short drive off the Pacific Highway between Coffs Harbour and Port Macquarie. South West Rocks is a beautiful seaside holiday village that is home to the best beaches and scenic views on the Mid North Coast of New South Wales.

The crystal clear waters of Trial Bay or Horseshoe Bay, are ideal swimming for the family with small children. For the more experienced surfers the beaches to visit include Smoky Cape Beach, The Gap and Little Bay.
If you are feeling energetic you can hire catamarans, windsurfers, surf skis, stand-up paddle boards, pushbikes, diving equipment, small fishing boats or hire a fishing charter to go deep sea fishing.

If you would like to just relax, you can lay on one of our beautiful beaches or you can fish the banks of the Macleay River or any of our pristine beaches, as South West Rocks is renowned as one of the best fishing spots on the east coast.

The historic Trial Bay Gaol, Smoky Cape Lighthouse, and the walking trails through the Arakoon State Recreation Park are just a few of the natural attractions on offer. Explore the Rocky headlands, unspoiled beaches or just sit back and enjoy spectacular scenery around you.

Our sub-tropical climate has mild winters and moderate summers, offering crystal clear waters in which to swim, making South West Rocks a beautiful holiday destination all year round.

Most of our accommodation is centrally located to the town centre, beaches, restaurants and facilities.

Great Location
We have stayed at this property each year for the last 4 years. It is very spacious and the location is second to none in SWR. It’s perfect for our family each year. The amenities are more than adequate and the owners have recently replaced the old dishwasher and washing machine with wonderful new and quality appliances. The beds are comfortable although remember you have to bring EVERYTHING. Sheets, towels, t towels, bath mats, dishwashing supplies, garbage bags etc. We also take our own frypan as the existing Teflon ones are very scratched and worn and buckled. We have also noticed the cleanliness varies from year to year (hello toothpaste splatter on bathroom mirrors) and we always leave the property a bit cleaner than when we arrived. Minor problems for a great property with plenty of room and fantastic views. We’re already looking to book again next year 😊

When you pay top dollar for a rental you expect the bells and whistles. The view is stunning but the general feel of the apartment is very dated. Unit sleeps 6+ however on the balcony there is limited seating and only a small table. There are no BBQ facilities, no WIFI, no air con or ceiling fans in every room. There are old appliances including washing machine, fryer and dryer. Additionally the shared pool is often frequented by the local riff raff and the fence itself is rusted and unsafe. Its a shame the landlord could not invest a little in keeping the first class view matching the general feel of the apartment.

Perfect spot
Fantastic locatIon opposite beach and close to shops. Quiet spot with sound of surf and birds. Great place for a relaxing holiday. Well appointed however some of the facilities are ageing such as dishwasher shelf collapses onto blades under weight of plates. Windows and balcony glass could do with a clean.
