Thank you for your feedback. We sincerely apologise for the initial inconvenience caused by the property not being ready upon arrival. This fell short of our usual standards, and while such occurrences are rare, we understand how disappointing it must have been — especially with children eager to settle in. Once contacted, we arranged for cleaners to attend promptly, and while this quick clean addressed the immediate issues, we acknowledge the disruption it caused to the start of your stay. The delay in follow-up communication was not ideal and is being addressed internally to prevent future lapses. In terms of compensation, we provided a late check-out as a goodwill gesture. As per our terms and conditions, refunds or financial compensation are not guaranteed and are assessed on a case-by-case basis. In this instance, while we aimed to balance your experience with a time extension, we regret any miscommunication with the cleaner regarding the agreed check-out time. This has also been flagged for process improvement. We’re pleased to hear that aside from the management issues, you found the property and beach access enjoyable. Your comments have been shared with our team to ensure better coordination and responsiveness going forward.
