The Sandpiper Condominiums Unit 703 is a tasteful beach condo located on the 7th floor. This unit rents as a 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom Condo and is completely ocean front. You and your guests will enjoy this unit for your beach vacation to Port Aransas.
This unit is fully equipped for all of your vacation needs and decorated very beach like. The Living Area is great for family time and filled with wonderful views of the Gulf of Mexico. The furnishings are very comfortable and you can enjoy a movie on the 47” flat screen TV with a Blu-Ray player connected.
The Master Suite has a King sized bed and 32” flat screen TV along with comfortable furnishings to make you feel right at home. The connected Master Bathroom provides privacy from the group and plenty of space for it! There is a tiled walk in shower with plenty of shelving for your toiletries.
In the Guest Bedroom there are 2 Twins that suit the kiddos perfectly as well as a 32” flat screen TV and Blu-Ray player. Connected to this room and the hallway is the Second Bathroom designed with a full sized tub with shower capabilities.

The property was amazing! There was breathing space between buildiings, so you did not feel like right on top of someone else. It was nice, quiet and the staff was friendly. Whay a JOY!

Nothing but great things to say about this property. View was amazing. Condo was clean and everything looked exactly like the pictures. We had never stayed at the Sandpiper before and were quite impressed with the little touches that made everything easier. They had carts for us to use to get our belongings up to the room. They have chairs, longe chairs and even corn hole games easily accessible to guests at the beach. The beach was very clean and the property is just a short drive to lots of restaurants. Highly recommend.

Awesome location!

From the road the outside of the building is ugly, however inside is completely different. It is very clean and comfortable and the condo itself has been the best place we have stayed on the island! Not to mention it has to be one of the closest properties on the beach! We will be staying with these condos for our getaways from now on!

The condo was beautiful. The decor, flooring, kitchen, patio furniture—- soooo nice! The view was spectacular. The “resort” was super nice, clean, and accommodating. Absolutely LOVED this particular “room with a view”.
