Helllooo there. I am condo #803, my name is Sea Forever for the expansive views of the Gulf of Mexico enjoyed from my private balcony. I have everything to make your stay relaxing and beautiful. You will feel welcome the moment you walk in the front door and leave the outside world behind.

My master bedroom features a plush king-size bed, exotic furnishings, a 45” TV and full-length mirror closet doors with plenty of storage. Oh yes, my master bath includes a gorgeous over-sized tiled shower and a glass vessel sink with nice fluffy towels. Across the hall, the guest bedroom provides a 37” TV, a king-size bed, first class furnishings, and a private bathroom with a deep tub perfect for that bubble bath you don't have time for at home.

Enter my living room, dining room and kitchen which are spacious, open and airy. You'll be mesmerized by the window wall and the gorgeous view of the alluring Gulf. As if the actual view were not enough, I have a mirrored wall, so you see the reflection of the waters and feel surrounded by the waves. Just so you know, there is comfortable dining seating for six at the table and two at the large kitchen island. The living room includes a 55” TV, two leather reclining chairs, and a leather sofa that makes into a bed. Only the best for me (and you).

My balcony, ahh my balcony. I love my balcony. Four tall outdoor chairs and matching side table provide an unobstructed view of the Gulf, the boardwalk and the beach. My favorite thing, just between you and I, is that once you shut the door to Sea Forever, it is totally private, including my balcony.

Now, I'm not much on cooking, but my guests enjoy the spacious kitchen including stainless steel appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, blender, pots, pans, and cooking equipment galore. If you plan on cooking during your vacation, you need nothing but groceries and there is even a pantry for those! The kitchen under-counter lighting is perfect for the relaxing mood of beach nights.

I love games so I have plenty of games, books and a big screen smart TV for your entertainment. I even have a small desk, but most of my guests are too busy to use it. They are usually exploring Port Aransas or are at the beach, in the pool, playing shuffleboard or table tennis. What a vacation!

I know I'm bragging, but Sea Forever #803 is just one of the best condos on the beach. Can't wait to have you visit me!
