The Sandpiper Condominiums Unit 903 is a stunning 9th floor 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom, condo right on the beach in Port Aransas.
While the front walkways show off the bay areas of the land surrounding the Sandpiper, the balcony to this unit gives you a front row view to Gulf of Mexico. The 9th floor offers spectacular views while only a short ride down the elevator to the lobby area is where you can access the pool, Jacuzzi and boardwalk. The sturdy boardwalk to the beach has several places to rinse your feet and a tar removal station, just in case!
The Sandpiper's Condo 903 is so luxurious and inviting for any time of the year. Recently remodeled and very tastefully decorated, this unit provides everything you may need for your beach vacation and more. The kitchen has honed granite counter tops along with a tall breakfast bar and smaller study table. The furnishings and extras this condo has to offer will satisfy any needs that may have been forgotten and best of all, the fully equipped kitchen allows you to leave your supplies at home. In the Living Room there is a 37” flat screen TV with a DVD player hooked in for evening family time while watching a movie.
The Master Suite has a comfortable King sized with custom- designed lighting and pictures above the bed. There is a 32” flat screen TV with a DVD player connected for movie time in the privacy of your bedroom. Speaking of privacy, the connected Master Bathroom is tucked away from the rest of the group for your personal use. The tiled walk in shower has a built in seat and extra shelving for toiletries.
The Guest Bedroom accommodates any guest, either family or friends with the Twin and Queen sized beds in the room. There are furnishings that allow your guests to feel right at home and put their belongings away in the closet or full sized dresser. There is a 32” flat screen with a DVD connected for relaxing movies, it is attached to the wall to provide another viewing option.
The Second Bathroom is connected to the Guest Bedroom and Hallway. This roomy bathroom has a full sized bath tub with shower capabilities.
