Our fully air-conditioned attic apartment (3-star country category) is located on the 3rd floor of a newly built, quietly located and very well-kept apartment building, only 300 meters from the beach and the vibrant town center. It includes a very nice living room with a large comfortable corner sofa that is also suitable for sleeping up to two people. The living room cabinet is equipped with an LCD television, DVD recorder and satellite receiver. The bedroom is equipped with 2 separate beds, which can also be put together. The apartment also has a bar and a small kitchen and a dining table for 4 people. On the beautiful large balcony you have the opportunity to have breakfast in the morning with a sea view and in the evening to end the day with a glass of wine at sunset. A boat berth can be rented from us.


Location and location: The apartment is located in Medulin, the tourist center on the southern tip of Istria. The beautiful promenade with numerous excellent cafes and restaurants invites you to feast and enjoy.
The mild Mediterranean climate, the breathtakingly beautiful landscape and safe wind conditions make this region one of the most popular destinations for sports and water sports enthusiasts. The unique one kilometer long, gently sloping sandy beach attracts families with small children.
Not far from the beach, the amusement park offers numerous attractions for young and old: like. z. B. Rodeo riding, bumper cars, carousels, slides, trampoline jumping and much more.
Because of the excellent location of our apartment you don't need a car. The promenade, the beach, the numerous cafes, restaurants and the grocery stores can be reached in just a few minutes on foot or you can use the small tourist train along the beaches.

Zeer net appartement, absoluut waar voor je geld!

Wij zijn net terug van een verblijf van een week in dit appartement. We werden hartelijk ontvangen en naar het appartement gebracht, waar we exact aantroffen wat in de advertentie wordt aangeprezen. Alles zag er erg netjes uit en het was er brandschoon! Helaas bleek de koelkast kapot te zijn, maar na melding werd deze direct vervangen door een nieuwe. Topservice! Ook de locatie vonden wij ideaal. Ongeveer 10 minuten lopen naar zowel het strand als het centrum, rustig genoeg gelegen om je even terug te trekken. Kortom: wij bevelen dit appartement van harte aan! Groeten uit Nederland

Sehr schöne und saubere Wohnung .Hat auch am ersten Tag alles gut geklappt ! Ruhige Lage ,nicht so zentral ,das hat uns gut gefallen ! War aber gelegentlich etwas laut im Haus ! Sonst wären es 5 Sterne .

wunderschöne Ferien in Pula

ich war mit einer Freundin 7 Tage in dem Appartment untergbracht und wir waren sehr zufrieden. Das Appartment war sauber und gepflegt, und schön eingerichtet. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir wurden freundlich begrüßt und persönlich zu unserem Appartment gebracht. Man ist innerhalb weniger Minuten im Ort, oder am Meer. Das Örtchen bietet viele schöne Ausflugsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Bars, das Personal vor Ort hat immer einen guten Tipp. Wir bedanken uns für die schöne Zeit und würden dieses Appartment auf jedenfall weiterempfehlen. schöne Tage in Medulin

Hallo zusammen, ich war mit meiner Freundin zusammen 8 Tage in eurem Appartment untergebracht, und wir waren begeistert. Wir wurden sehr freundlich begrüßt und zu unserem Appartment gebracht. Das Appartment ist gepflegt und sehr sauber. Die Einrichtung ist gemütlich und zweckmäßig. Der Stand und die Ortschaft sind wunderbar nah gelegen und sehr schön. wir hatten einen sehr entspannten Urlaub mit gutem Essen und tollen Ausflügen. Vielen Dank dafür, wir kommen wieder.

Also wir waren mit Freunden unterwegs und haben uns spontan für diese Ferienwohnung entschieden. Ich muss wirklich sagen es war eine sehr gute Entscheidung!! Nachdem uns unser Vermieter die Wohnung gezeigt hat gingen wir mit ihm in die Stadt etwas essen. Er konnte uns wirklich sehr gute Lokale zeigen! :)) Die Wohnung ist wie in der Anzeige beschrieben (und auch sehr sauber!! - die Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden regelmäßig gewechselt) und der Strand ist auch nahe gelegen! Leider geht es dieses Jahr nach Amerika aber für das folgende Jahr ist die Ferienwohnung schon wieder fix für uns gebucht!! Mit dieser Bewertung möchten wir uns nochmal bei den Vermietern für den erlebnisreichen Urlaub bedanken und freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Urlaub!! :))

Immer wieder gerne!

Meine Familie (meine Frau und 2 Kinder) und ich haben den Urlaub sehr genossen! Eine sehr schöne und saubere Alternative zu einem Hotel. Wir gönnten uns einen 10 Tägigen Urlaub in Medulin. Was wir wirklich sehr genossen haben sind folgende Punkte + Die Bettwäsche wurde wöchentlich gewechselt + Die Vermieter zeigen uns die Räumlichkeiten und den Ort persönlich (auf eine sehr gute Empfehlung für ein Restaurant in der Nähe hatten sie für uns parat) + Standnähe und sehr viele Freizeitmöglichkeiten (auch für Kleinkinder wie den Luna-Park) Wir fanden das Apartment wie in der Beschreibung vor und mussten uns um nichts Weiteres kümmern. Gerne empfehlen wir das Apartment an junge Familien sowie für jede Generation weiter. :-) Die Buchungsanfrage für den nächsten Urlaub im Jahr 2013 ist bereits an die Vermieter gesendet. :D Viele Grüße aus Berlin

Hallo lieber vermieter, nach dem wir das appartment von ihnen mit der nr775794 bewertet haben nun auch dieses, grund für diese bewertung von den beiden appartments ist folgender, wir haben sehr sehr spät gebucht, desalb wahren wir d Der familie sehr dankbar da sie es durch einen umzug möglich gemacht haben noch einen urlaub zu verbringen. Dieses apartment ist genauso sauber, gemütlich wie das andere entspricht genau dem internet. Danke für alles wir kommen bald wieder. Nur weiterzuempfehlen

Liebe Vermieter, wir möchten uns für die schöne und supersaubere FeWo bedanken, Sie war wie im Internet beschrieben und auf den Bildern dargestellt, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Genial war auch der Service nach einer Woche Handtuch- und Bettwäschewechsel alles inclusive. Durch Ihren unermüdlichen Einsatz (Krankenhausfahrten, Apothekenfahrten, Dolmetschen uvm.) konnten wir unseren Urlaub trotz der Erkrankung unseres Kindes fortführen, hierfür nochmals vielen, vielen, vielen Dank. So eine Gastfreundschaft und Hilfsbereitschaft haben wir noch nie erlebt, auch nicht im deutschsprachigen Raum. Liebe Grüße aus Bayern
