We invite you to enjoy this beautiful and sunny ground floor end unit 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath condo in Palm Colony at renown Pelican Landing in Bonita Springs, FL. Approximately 2,000 sq. ft. living space plus attached one-car garage (additional guest parking nearby). Walk to pool, spa, outdoor kitchen with BBQ, and tennis facility. Private 34-acre beach. All the amenities and activities Pelican Landing has to offer. The master suite is furnished with a king-size bed and flat screen TV. Two additional bedrooms, one with en-suite bathroom, have a queen size bed and two twins. There is also a Pack n Play and highchair for those with children or visiting grandchildren.

Wonderful owner!

The home was clean and very nicely decorated. Everything we needed was there. We love the amenities at Pelican Landing. Although the boats to the beach island weren’t running, we still found plenty to do.

Fabulous hide away

We enjoyed our month long stay. The condo had a very private lanai. Great master suite. Slept like we were at home! Walking distance to fabulous tennis center. Pelican Landing is a wonderful community.

We are avid travelers and fell in love with Pelican Landing during our stay in the Palm Colony community.

Why they chose this property

We intend to use this property for our personal visits and therefore have outfitted it with all the comforts we enjoy. In addition to a master suite with king-size bed there are two additional bedrooms (one with en-suite bath) with queen-sized bed and two twin beds. Kitchen is fully furnished with a variety of appliances and utensils for avid cooks. For those with small children or grandchildren a Pack n Play and highchair are available.

What makes this property unique

This end unit condo is a ground-floor property which means no stairs to navigate. It is conveniently located across from the pool, spa, outdoor kitchen with grills, and tennis facility.
