Immaculate 3BR/2BA end unit, ground floor condo with attached 1 car garage. Located in the gated Tarpon Cove community, west of US41, off of Wiggins Pass Road in North Naples. Tarpon Cove is located only 10 minutes to three beautiful beaches, Barefoot Beach, Delnor-Wiggins State Park and Vanderbilt Beach, and 10 minutes to world-class shopping at the Mercato. The Ft. Myers airport is 25 minutes away, and the Ft. Lauderdale airport is only 90 minutes away. Tarpon Cove is the perfect location for your warm weather getaway with access to three beautiful outdoor pools and one hot tub, beautiful walking paths and a club house. The condo includes a spacious living area, dining room, well appointed kitchen, along with a large lanai surrounded by tropical plants and lush greenery. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, a generous closet and an ensuite bath. The second bedroom contains a queen sized bed and is located near a full bath. The third bedroom/office has a pullout sofa. There is also a one-car attached garage. New flooring installed in 2022 and the interior painted in 2023.
There is a minimum rental of 30 days, and the HOA requires a 30 day advance notice for all rentals. No pets are allowed and a background check is required for all renters.
