You can sit and watch all the activity of a busy boating haven from the lounge, the back garden or the upstairs deck. There is only a stretch of grass between you and the marina. The views stretch out to Westernport Bay and they are magnificent
An open plan area downstairs has lounge room with split systems, ceiling fans, tv, dvd, stereo and two extra comfy chairs to sit and enjoy the view. Open up the sliding door and walk out to the marina! The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, dishwasher, stainless steel appliances and central dining table seating 6.
Two of the bedrooms and the family bathroom are on the ground floor, as well as the laundry with washing machine and dryer.
Upstairs comprises of another sitting area with Tv and decking to enjoy the sun and take in the magnificent views of Newhaven Marina. You will also find the main bedroom and ensuite on this level.
Other features include bbq, outdoor setting and a double lock up garage.

Guests are required to bring their own sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats and tea towels.
Alternatively, a link to a local linen hire company will be provided with your booking confirmation.
You will need to complete an online check-in form (Guests are required to provide a photo identification and credit card) closer to your arrival date. If you are not comfortable with this requirement, please refrain from making a booking.
Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise.
