It was a great place to stay with my family. Had everything we needed and was a solid base to return to after a day of activities.

Hopefully see you again

We had a very pleasant stay, the house was very clean, had everything we needed and stayed warm on the chilly winter nights. The fully fenced yard was perfect for our Labrador! Sandra was a lovely host, communication was polite and prompt. We will definitely request to stay here again in the future!
Everything we needed for our family to enjoy a long weekend on Phillip Island. Just enough toys provided to entertain the kids without making too much mess and our older kids loved the board games provided. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Thank you. I’m so pleased you and the kids enjoyed the house
I agree, the board games are great, and no screens

Basic home, smallish but very tidy/clean & warm. Would be more suitable for a Summer stay to enjoy the deck and walk to beach.Disappointed that no linen, towels, teatowels etc were provided like (most) other properties. Also a little perturbed by the amount of 'reminder' signage to make sure we abided. We counted 15 signs. Can see why it is called Justice farms as local geese make sure you watch where you walk.

Im so sorry that you were not too impressed with the house. It is a small house, and is exactly as pictured, and is priced accordingly. On the Stayz site, and my information I sent to you and you received and acknowled, it does clearly state that linen is not provided (it would add cost if I had to supply a linen service)
Yes, I agree there a few signs reminding guest to closed and lock doors (as previously not all guests did this and left the house unlocked for burgulary) and there is a sign to please put correct rubbish in correct bins, as the council is very strict and will refuse to empty bins, and there is a thank you sign just advising you what is needed upon departure, such as returning keys, rubbish out etc. but there are not 15 Some are information signs re: dog friendly beaches, rubbish dates etc. As I am not there, (its holiday home not a hotel) this could result in uncollected bins which is then detrimental to others.
I am sorry that you found our amazing wildlife on the island, currently 2 barwon geese bonded couples with their chicks annoying, but I actually love seeing the wildlife. The deck is wonderful, under cover with a large table and chairs. You booked your stay for mid Spring, so unfortunately I cannot guarantee sunny days, but the deck still can be enjoyed
Again, sorry that you didnt like it, but it is exactly as shown on the site, and is a fair price for a very clean, comfortable and well equipped cottage. (as the name suggests)
Fabulous property in a quiet location but close to shops and beach. Property was clean and had everything needed for a stay, with a lovely outside space . Communication was great and check in and out was easy.

We loved our stay at Justice cottage, the decking was a lovely asset and the yard was perfect for our small dog. The house was very accessible coming home from the beach with child. The perfect beach house
We loved staying at Justice Cottage. From the moment we arrived we felt at home. Everything made sense andwas easy. Its a great location to stroll down to the beach with the kids and the dog. Being able to have our dog with us was peace of mind. The house was so clean and fitted out with all that you would need. We loved the "cowes" so much we even added one
