Sleeps 3 Max - If more people show up at check-in time, the reservation will be denied. Charming Ground Floor Efficiency with A/C. Enjoy a quiet and relaxing vacation escape in this clean, cool, and comfortable ground-floor efficiency in North Truro. Recently remodeled, this unit has heat and A/C, new luxury vinyl flooring, a full bath with a tub/shower, and sliders to a private deck. The updated kitchenette area includes a frost-free refrigerator/freezer, 2-burner cooktop (no oven), microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, cookware, and utensils. For your added enjoyment and convenience, the unit is also equipped with a Smart Streaming TV, USB charging station, ironing board and iron, hairdryer, and bed linens. Fresh towels are available daily, along with Wi-Fi. Unit 3 is ideally located just a few steps from the outdoor pool and comfortably sleeps a maximum of 3 on your choice of a queen bed and double bunk beds. For our young and young-at-heart guests who enjoy the view from the top bunk, a sturdy access ladder and detachable safety guardrail are provided. The Braemar Condominiums is a No Pets Allowed community. The Braemar Resort Condominiums is on the Provincetown shuttle bus route and offers an on-site property manager, an outdoor pool, a large yard, several BBQ/picnic areas, and is a short distance from many beautiful beaches, bike trails, golfing, fishing, and historical landmarks. Guests are permitted 1 vehicle per unit.  Additional vehicle is $10.00 per day.

Great stay!

This unit was the perfect size for myself and two teenage kids to enjoy the Cape for a few days. It provided a good location to get to all the activities we wanted to experience while in North Truro.

Quiet nicely located property

It's a simple, peaceful spot with a pool located in the national seashore. So beautiful is all around you. Plus it's not too far from that busy part of the cape if you wish. The property manager is pleasant and available if you were to need anything.

I have no complaints about our stay at this property. It was perfect size for our family of three because we didn’t stay in the room much. We didn’t use the pool because we had friends down the street on the beach, but it looked great.

Check in and out is very easy. The unit was clean and pictures accurately reflected the space. The staff at the front desk were friendly. We had wanted some ice when we arrived and they do not have an ice machine so we had to make some and go purchase it- not a big deal but would be great if they had one.

Cute place close to beaches and Provincetown

We stayed in a cute room with two built in bunkbeds that the kids loved. The location is great and it was central to a lot of beaches and local towns.
