Only one (1) off the Ocean, with Beautiful Views and Breezes. Great location only one home from the beach and 3 steps up to a deck just of the entrance into the house-there are 4 nice size bedrooms with a view from the spacious master bedroom and a deck just off that master bedroom-It is also nicely priced and perfect for a family that needs a bedroom and full bath located on the first floor
There is NO smoking. Pet friendly with homeowners approval. Semi-Handicap Friendly: Only three (3) stairs to the porch, then able to stay on 1st floor, only.
There is a Covered Porch.
CONFIRMATION OF BOOKING: Please note, all guests must agree/complete a Rental Agreement within 48hrs of reservation being made. Final confirmation of the booking is made upon completing the rental agreement and final owner approval. Unless otherwise stated rentals are one week minimum and typically Saturday to Saturday. NO PROMS. NO WEDDINGS.
