SilverJEM Beachhouse - Silverleaves - perfect for a family and pet friendly

SilverJEM is a delightful beach house in Sileverleaves. Situated in a quite court, it is easy walking distance to the beautiful Silverleaves beach, golf course and Silverleaves cafe. A light filled open plan living area flows into a sunny courtyard. Three bedrooms, the master and ensuite are at the front of the house, with the other 2 bedrooms down the hallway and share a family bathroom and seperate toilet. The main bedroom has a queen bed, bedroom 2 has 2 sets of comfy bunk beds and bedroom 3 has a sofa/bed and doubles as a playroom for the kids or a quiet area to read.
Outside pets are welcome.

Linen:
Property is full self contained. Linen (sheets, pillow cases, hand towels, bath mats, bath/beach towels and tea towel) are not included unless otherwise stated in the above description. Pillows, mattress protectors, blankets and donnas are supplied. Linen hire can be arranged for an additional fee.

Great location for MotoGP weekend

Nice and central location on Phillip Island which is great for the MotoGP weekend. Heating worked well and house is spacious. There was an issue but the property owner fixed it quickly which was reassuring. Thanks!

House was as described in advert, had everything you would need for your stay, located in a quiet residential area with lovely surroundings. Will definitely bear it in mind should we need accommodation at Phillip Island again. Great communication with the property owner. Thank you
