Nestled above the lagoon with breathtaking views of the vast ocean, this charming cottage is one of the original homes in Minnie Water. The spacious covered deck is perfect for enjoying spectacular sunrises, watching migrating whales, or spotting playful dolphins an ideal setting for relaxation and entertaining.

Just across the road, the beach provides easy access to launch your boat into the natural lagoon.

The cottage features two bedrooms, with a separate cabin available to accommodate an additional three guests, making it perfect for families or small groups seeking a peaceful coastal getaway.

* PLEASE NOTETHE FOLLOWING:
- Linen is NOT supplied at this property. You will need bring your own linen including towels.
- We provide a basic starter pack, such as toilet paper, dishwashing tablet, etc, to cover your needs for a night or two. For longer stays, please bring additional supplies.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved staying 1 Waratah. Being located right in front of the rock pools and next to a little park, it was the perfect stay for us and our two small children. We only used the upstairs area and bedrooms this time but the granny flat also looked super lovely and we would love to come back with the grand parents one day.We also loved the backyard with the BBQ, fire pit and little stage. We had some friends over for a BBQ and everyone agreed it was the best place out of all their rentals especially for a get together. The kids danced on the little stage and rode their bikes through the park.The cleanliness can definitely improve but other than that we were very happy with the set up.Thank you our memories is Minnie Waters.

Best location possible

Gorgeous rustic shack on the right on the beach. Best location possible. For the price it would have been good if sheets and towels were included and decor refreshed (there are stains on the 80s style wall hangings) Other than that it is a perfect shack with everything you need for a relaxing getaway. I will defenatly be back.

Whimsical old original shack,absolutely gorgeous ,could finish my days here !! Really needs new knives frying pans and clothes line main house really only suitable for two adults and may two children .supplementary shack easily holds two more adults,don't expect dishwasher but really this is a life rejuvenating experience !!!
