Check-in was as easy as directed. The house was immaculate. It was a perfect distance from a shopping center, bank and my sons favorite McDonalds. Robert, the host, was quick to respond to any questions we had. I would definitely use this house again as it was only minutes from my sister's place.

Beautiful house

Great place to stay. My family and I had a great time. The house was very comfortable and had lots of room for all of us 6 adults and 2 kids. Would definitely stay there again.

Great place to stay

It was my first time staying here and I loved it. Lots of space, super clean, beds were comfy and the kitchen is perfect for cooking, especially the gas stove. Pool was really nice especially with the hot temps. Super quiet neighborhood. I would definitely stay here again.

Very Clean and good space

We had a great stay. The house was very clean. The family room was spacious and lots of comfortable seating for us to hang out. All the bedrooms were good sized and plenty of room for my family to spread out. We enjoyed playing pool as a family a couple of nights too.

Place is excellent, spacious, clean & a good layout for a full family. The location is only a 15 min walk to the shops (Fry's) & a few minutes to most amenities & short drive to San Tan Mall etc. Host is great also, clear communications, polite & professional.Very familiar with Gilbert, so my pleasure to provide a top recommendation for the place & host.Strong recommendation.

Phoenix and Tuscon Excursion

Great Place to spend winter!

We stayed here last year also and couldn’t be happier. Everything about the home, the quiet neighborhood and area is awesome. Beds are great, kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils, and the outside pool, grilling station and seating areas are wonderful. The home has even had some nice upgrades from the prior year. The owner Robert is very responsive, and does everything he can to make your stay enjoyable. We really enjoyed our stay again and hope to return in 2021. This home has been a great find for us, located in a great place to be in the winter.

Clean and Spacious

We loved our time here. It was very clean and beds were comfortable. Really spacious and we never felt on top of each other. Our children loved the pool and the pool table. The heated pool was a great temp for outdoor swimming in November. Nice neighborhood and easy to get to. We have family close and we will be staying here for years to come.

Wonderful Home!

What a lovely home. This house accommodated our family of 3 for 3 months while our home was being built. Robert, the owner was very easy to get a hold of, very responsive and extremely accommodating. The home is very well appointed. The backyard is stunning with a gorgeous pool and built in BBQ. The master bed and bath are very large and closet space doesn't disappoint. We highly recommend this property and would stay again.

What a wonderful place to stay with a group of friends or family! Everything was as said. Back yard/ pool area/ grill area was fabulous. Nice to be able to listen to music around the backyard. Kitchen area was well stocked with items used. Master suite was very large and well appointed. Beds were comfortable. Everything was clean and neat. Great Stay in Gilbert

We just returned from a 63 day stay at this property and everything from the initial contact with Robert (owner) through check-out was smooth with no issues/problems whatsoever. The website pictures are accurate; the home is roomy offering privacy when wanted and the property was super clean which is very important to us. We loved the location as it was close to Gilbert Regional Park for Pickleball, there was a bike trail nearby and it was located near the 202 for easy access to all the golf courses we played. While we did not have many questions for Robert, he was always prompt with replies. We highly recommend this property and look forward to staying here again. Thanks Robert!
