With an impressive, in-ground, 11 metre solar heated swimming pool and a fantastic 3 bedrooms, comfortably sleeping 7 people, with the option of an 8 person on the sofa bed upstairs (or 2 smaller children) this house is the perfect holiday home awaiting you.

Built on two levels the fantastic floor plan is sure to impress - consider an impressive entry, 3 bedrooms (spacious master with en-suite and WIR), an open plan kitchen / dining / living area with s/s appliances and sliding glass doors opening out to the solar heated pool and entertaining area feature a small Weber Q and lounge style seating, a central bathroom, a second private family room upstairs with gas heating a balcony, air conditioning and there is not much more you could desire.

Add an outdoor shower, a remote double lock-up garage and surround it all with attractive established gardens this lovely home is the perfect resort feeling holiday. The property is also located in very close proximity to a bus stop offering easy access via public transport to the Torquay Town Centre and Geelong City Centre.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our stay and hope to return. The house had almost everything we needed and was conveniently located for our needs. Property management were excellent to deal with. It was a shame the ground floor air conditioning was unavailable for use as it would have come in handy for the 45 degree day, otherwise the house stayed cool enough with lovely coastal breezes.

Great place! House was perfect and the swimming pool was fantastic for a solar heated pool. Also the neighbourhood was very quite.

Everything is good but unfortunately, the swimming pool not heated as mentioned in the profile because we found out later it's solar automatic depending on the sun. However, I tried to contact the number that provided in the property for in issues regarding swimming pool but the number is disconnected. Next day, I called the real estate office but they said we couldn’t do anything because it’s automatic. In my opinion, not worth the high price because accepted the high price and came especially for the swimming pool. My kids couldn’t swim because the water was cold.
