Completely remodeled, this house is located in the Pendleton King Neighborhood and offers a convenient location to the Master's (less than 4 miles). This rental includes the main house (2 bed/ 1 bath). Both bedrooms each have a queen bed with additional couches if needed. One full bathroom and a fully stocked kitchen. Easy entry with a keyless lock, the code will be provided for easy check in. In addition, there is plenty of off-street parking. YouTube TV available on all TVs.

This property is located close to the masters, about a 8 minute drive. It is also under a 2 minute time to all the shops and restaurants in Midtown as well as a 5 minute drive to downtown Augusta.
