Get away to the island of Moloka'i, the best kept secret of the Hawaiian Islands because it is the "Real Hawaii." Experience a real Hawaiian Island of 50 years ago! Our kitchen was recently remodeled! We are in building "A" of Wavecrest, right on the ocean.
Time slows down in Moloka'i. Let the Island wash away thoughts of the hectic world. Unwind and slow down to appreciate the beautiful days with gentle breezes and tranquil nights under the stars.
Enjoy the small town atmosphere of friendly people and smiling faces. No building taller than a Palm tree. Shop for your simple necessities in the town with no stop lights and gracious drivers.
Hike in the beautiful Halawa Valley. Snorkel in the huge fish ponds amongst the coral and colorful fish.
View both Maui and Lanai from your lanai. Sip your morning coffee as you see the beautiful sunrise over Maui. Take a front row seat for all the beauty of the blue Pacific Ocean and all the whale watching action in the Winter season.
As you wander the colorfully landscaped resort, you will find an oceanfront pool with cabana, a reading library, gas BB-Q's, lounge chairs, tables and shuffleboard as well as very friendly people.

Great view. I had good coordination and communication with the host from the initial booking to the end. It was nice not having a bunch of chickens running around. If you are looking for seclusion this is the place for you. Great selection of television channels. Most places don’t have this much variety.

Gorgeous place

We spent a week in this lovely condo, right on the water. Everything was great, kitchen fully outfitted and many fun beach, golf and picnic Items. Communication with the owners was friendly and very responsive. We would love to stay again!

Great place

It was amazing, very peaceful and beautiful. The grounds are kept up and very clean, pool was nice too, very clean. Also rented the Xterra, worked out perfectly. Will stay here again.

Fantastic!

We had an amazing stay at Jerry and Meredith's place! The location was outside of town, making it nice and quiet. It was clean and well-furnished. We were fortunate to be able to also rent a car from the owners allowing us complete freedom to explore the island. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Amazing place

This condo was exactly what we were looking for and needed. The location was beautiful. The lanai facing the ocean was perfect. Could sit out there and watch the ocean all day. Maui and Lanai are right there too. Condo had everything you would need, it was super clean, kitchen was very well stocked, the grounds itself were beautiful, neighbours around extremely friendly and the owners were great to deal with! I would highly recommend this place and we will be back!

A hidden gem

The condo was everything as advertised. Jerry and Meredith are awesome hosts. They kept in contact with us from the time we booked to the time we departed. We will for sure be staying at their home the next time we visit Molokai. If you are looking for a place that offers spectacular views and a quiet setting this is the place to stay. The view from the Lania is breathtaking and waking up each morning reminds you that you are truly in paradise. Thank you Jerry and Meredith for the wonderful memories.

Lovely laid back place

The condo at Wavecrest was great! Very comfortable and felt like home. Jerry and Meredith were very easy to work with. Moloka'i is definitely a slower paced island but we had a great time exploring and finding some beautiful spots around the island.

Great Molokai Condo

Very nice 1 bedroom condo on Molokai on south side of island! Well appointed kitchen, comfortable bed, and nice community pool. Close to south beaches and easy drive to north and west beaches and sights. Hosts Gerald and Meredith were very helpful and it was great renting their xTerra vehicle from them!!

We had a wonderful time at this condo. The lanai view was awesome, the pool was great. Extra amenities like croquette were enjoyed. The fact that they can rent a car at a reasonable price was an extra bonus. Communication with Jerry and Meredith was prompt and thorough. We would love to stay here again.

Wonderful vistas

This is a delightful condo in a quiet and peaceful setting. The owners are helpful and responsive. The views from the lanai are great. We watched whales breaching outside the reef with our morning tea. Kitchen had everything we needed, bed is comfortable, and the pool was perfect for our morning swims.

Jerry is a retired Marine Pilot and High School Physics teacher. Meredith is a retired accountant. We live in Milton, FL on a small family farm, and we have a small vineyard to take care of. We enjoy coming to our condo in Moloka'i and keep busy with added improvements when we visit. Our greatest joy is our 6 children, their spouses and our thirteen grandchildren ranging in age from 4 to 22, as well as our many pets, who bring us great joy.

Why they chose this property

After two trips to Molokai we were infatuated with the beautiful island. It is like the "Old Hawaii" and definitely is the "Friendly Isle" that they speak of. Wavecrest grounds are beautiful and well taken care of. The staff and neighbors are all very friendly. We recently sold our condo on Maui that we had been renting to guests since 2009 that we loved. Both islands are very different, but both have their own unique charm.

What makes this property unique

Beautiful Ocean view that is mesmerizing. We love the Trade winds softly blowing through the large, one bedroom condo. Quiet and serene, although there are lots of new friends to meet at Wavecrest. We were blown away by the beautiful ocean view! Absolutely amazing!
