Casa Maja terrace with sea view
Just above the center of Santa Maria di Castellabate is Casa Maja in a quiet residential area surrounded by a beautiful garden. The house consists of two apartments, the upper apartment, a mansard, is rented. The very hospitable landlords, a German-Italian couple, live on the lower floor.
The apartment is about 62 square meters and is suitable for up to 4 people. It consists of two bedrooms (each with a double bed), kitchen, living room, bathroom (shower / toilet) and a large, partially shaded panoramic terrace to the sea side. The view stretches far over Santa Maria and the Gulf of Castellabate, on clear days you can see the Amalfi Coast. The garden can be used and is equipped with garden furniture and a grill. The apartment is comfortably and lovingly furnished and well equipped.
The location is quiet even in the high season, but you can walk to the center in about 10-15 minutes and the sea in 20 minutes. A car is recommended but not essential. A parking space is available to guests on the enclosed property.
