Sleek white furnishings, tasteful art and calming hues of navy, turquoise and gray bathe Jade East 910 with an inviting yet calming coastal vibe. The highly curated look was designed to complement but never compete with the magnificent gulf view that is available from almost every room in this unit!

This 3 bedroom, 3 bath unit sleeps 10 and every room is polished and ready for you- the kitchen and bathroom are topped with granite countertops; cool tile floors deck the main living areas while wood flooring warms the bedrooms; a walk-in-shower sits beside an oversized bath in the primary suite and there’s even a laundry center with full size appliances in the unit for your convenience. A private beachfront balcony allows for evening soirées as the sun sets. The only trouble this Destin vacation rental may present is deciding whether to enjoy the stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico from the casually sophisticated interior or the sunny bliss of the white sand beaches nine stories below.

However you spend the day, it’s lovely to end it with a poolside cookout! The grilling deck is just beyond the gorgeous pool deck. Plus, it’s on the way to a tennis and basketball court for a night of family fun. In case you feel like venturing out there is no better location than Jade East. Great restaurants, shopping centers and beach stores are actually within walking distance. Also, golf courses and the very popular Harborwalk Village are just a short car trip away. Be sure to call early for this one as it tends to book up fast!

This property comes with 2 parking spaces.


We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.
We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.

Great place right on the beach.

Excellent place to stay and central location. We gave 4 stars because the checkout time is 10:00 am, without flexibility, which makes it a very rushed morning. The maid service was knocking on our door at straight up 10:00 am which interrupted our family goodbyes.

Great Stay even with bad weather! Only issue was a few plugs didn’t work and a ceiling fan bulb cover fell during the night when someone entered the unit.

Hello, the location is amazing. The apartment was spacious. The views were gorgeous. The pictures of the property are not current. Apt could use an update as many previous reviewers stated. The floors require deep cleaning. We stay in the Destin area every year and typically stay on the beach. I would summarize that it was a great stay minus cleanliness issues and outdated decor and tech. The furniture is very run down in the living room and pics don't represent that at all.

Perfect location for beach and pool fun!

Easy access to the beach, great private pool and hot tub, kayak/paddle board rentals and reserved chairs (2 for each unit) on the beach. The unit was large enough for 3 couples or a big family and the beds were comfy. The deck area has chairs and a table that can fit 4-6 people. Check in and check out could not have been easier- we were emailed the codes the day of arrival and were able to bypass the management office. The cons were already noted by previous reviewers- the furnishings are outdated and worn. The living room furniture is too small and very uncomfortable. With that much sleeping capacity, you’d also like to have a comfortable place inside to hang out with the entire group. Overall, we loved the unit and the area. Perfect for escaping the chaos of this year. I would definitely rent again.

Great Location

Great location but some things need addressing/updating. The sofas are worn out and the love seat has no more spring and the bottom is falling out. The sofa pillows are old and dirty. The master bedroom bed wasn’t comfortable. There looked to be blood on the main guest shower wall. Love the layout of the condo and that the master has beautiful views.

New Years Trip

Location was great and the views were amazing but the condo could use some updates and maintenance. We did have an issue with one of the beds and property management was quick to send someone but did ask if we could shuffle people around for sleeping the one night since they could not fix the bed the same day.

Thanksgiving in Destin 2019

My family and I came down for Thanksgiving. The location was beautiful and the views were amazing from this property. The condo could use some updates and the beds could have been more comfortable. I wasn’t impressed with the overall cleanliness of the condo but the common areas of the property were kept up very well. Overall it was a pleasant stay!

2 day beach vacation

Beach was great. Condo is worn down and needs some work. Bed in couch was also broken. Management was very responsive with an air mattress. However, for this price I would expect something nicer.
