Indulge in luxury and tranquility at Penthouse La Royal, a stunning 130 m² penthouse that is part of a tropical mini-resort in Vista Royal's luxury villa district. With a luxurious open kitchen, fresh and modern living room, and three double rooms, this penthouse can accommodate up to 6 people. The spacious master bedroom has a walk-in closet and a private bathroom with its own toilet, and the other two bedrooms share a second large bathroom with a double sink, rain shower in the open air and a separate toilet.
Enjoy stunning views of the Spanish water from both the front and back of the penthouse, with spacious terraces that provide ample space for outdoor dining and lounging. The resort offers sufficient privacy for each accommodation and is also suitable for larger groups when rented in combination with the two underlying apartments.
The large magna swimming pool, tropical garden, sun terrace, and two large palapas are shared by all guests. The garden and swimming pool are accessible via a staircase from the terrace. The resort also has an automatic entrance gate with an alarm system, and there is enough space for parking 6-8 cars on the private parking lot. Come experience luxury and relaxation at Penthouse La Royal!

We built this villa in 2018 with the aim of creating a place where guests can feel at home and enjoy their holidays alone or with friends and family. We wanted to provide a sense of privacy and space so that our guests could relax and unwind in their own time. We are dedicated to ensuring that our guests have the best possible experience and feel at home during their stay at the villa.
Why they chose this property
We built this villa in 2018 with the intention of providing a spacious accommodation for large groups without sacrificing individual privacy. Our Mini Resort is uniquely designed to offer ample privacy to each guest. When the Penthouse is rented in combination with the two ground floor apartments, the entire villa can accommodate up to 14 people.

La Royal is part of a luxury mini-resort with only three accommodations. You get the tranquility and privacy of a private villa. While perfect for up to 6 guests, La Royal can also be booked together with the two stylish apartments below – perfect for families or friends traveling together while still enjoying private space.The large shared garden is lush and full of life – palm trees, tropical flowers, and colorful birds make it feel like your own private oasis. Not your average pool. This spacious magna pool is surrounded by a sun deck, soft loungers, hanging chairs, and two large palapas for shade. The perfect spot to relax all day. The penthouse is located on the first (top) floor and has a completely private entrance. This guarantees quiet mornings, great views, and a peaceful stay.
