Very cute little apartment just a few blocks from the heart of Calle Ocho. Close to the airport, clean, and reasonably priced. The proprietor messaged us to make sure everything was ok,

Olga is nice, place not a great fit

I was travelling to Miami for work, and love this neighborhood. I, notably, booked this house a little last minute. Olga was very kind and the house would be fine for a short for-vacation trip. But, for work it wasnt the best. It wasnt well-stocked (I had to buy dishes, etc for the "kitchen"), and the mini-fridge needed to be thawed out to use. There was no instructions on how to use the wifi, the expectations of how to use the house, check-out, etc. Finally, there was a very nice new dog on the property, a sweetheart, but the dog barked late into the night often, and I found it hard to sleep. And, the amount of dog poop in the front yard made it hard to walk to the door of the house. Again, I hold nothing against the place, but as I was there for work, this house did not fit my needs or expectations.

When I greeted you and showed you the amenities of the property, I requested that you let me know what you needed in order to accommodate you properly. I also introduced you to the dog and let you know she was the security at night, since you returned late at night, it was obvious that she would be using the yard. I programmed the WiFi in your phone and the Smart TV is already programmed for whatever you would need. I’m sure you used it for work as well. Additionally, it’s always advisable to read the details and description of what’s available at a location before you book it.

Quiet get away

Olga was very pleasant and welcoming. If I needed anything she was near-by. The property was in a quiet area and very close to all amenities. I enjoyed my time here.
