The space
There is a large parking lot attached to my property so if you need to park something big that can be arranged. Additionally there is a new 6 foot tall wooden fenced in back yard along with a fire pit and seating. On the front porch is a gas BBQ Grill
Guest access
Guests have access to all of apartment 1, the parking lot, front and back yards and the laundry room facilities.

Other things to note
There is a queen size bed in the bed room and a queen size mattress and box springs in the living room closet that can be used for an extra bed. There are also sheets, pillows, a comforter, blanket and extra towels in the living room closet.
