Built in 1901, this gorgeous home has been completely renovated and is waiting on you and your family! Perfect for families that want to enjoy ALL of Historic Franklin's attractions without having to drive to get to them! Also, our home is located just across the street from two of Franklin's finest wedding venues...The Red House and CJ's Off The Square! We offer perfect lodging for bridal parties! Our home is also just 2 minute walking distance to the famous Puckett's Grocery offering amazing food and entertainment! Many restaurants and shops steps from the front door! Park your car and leave it there for your entire visit! And of course, exciting Nashville is only a 20 minute ride away!

This is a really cool house in a perfect location. We were in town for a wedding and walked to town within a couple minutes. The house itself and accommodations were very nice, and we would definitely stay there again.

Amazing out / fantastic location!

We were in Franklin for a job we were doing, and had some family joining us, so this was the perfect cottage to house the few of us. It was so cute, had everything we needed and was walking distance to everything that Franklin has to offer. We will definitely be back and stay here again. The host was great communicating and we definitely enjoyed our stay!

We really enjoyed our stay here in Franklin & staying within this charming house. The location to restaurants & the town square was ideal. Communication with the property managers were extremely timely & supportive. We would definitely stay here again!! A couple of insignificant, but common convivences that can be improved for the next guests are working blow dryers & shampoo in the bathrooms. Otherwise everything was outstanding. Cheers to Jason & Stephanie for creating a home away from home.

Great location and house for 3 couples!

We enjoyed staying at the home and being able to walk to nearby restaurants and shopping. It was perfect for a long weekend with 3 couples. We liked sitting both on front porch and back porch and using the fire pit in the back yard. Thank you!

Excellent location. Easy walk to Main Street. Can get a little noisy at night with cars driving by. But that is to be expected. Rooms were spacious. Beds and linens were comfortable. Did not love the rain shower and the shower curtain had mold on it. Could use brighter outdoor lighting on the porch. It is quite dark at night. Excellent communication and response time with the host. We would stay here again.
