This quaint historic cabin on a beautiful property near downtown was perfect! We thoroughly enjoyed the location, the peacefulness and the wildlife, too! Amy was a great host and very responsive. It was convenient to walk to either The Factory or downtown. Highly recommended!

Thanks, Sue! You guys were awesome. Please come back anytime.
We really enjoyed our stay in Franklin at this beautifully decorated cabin. Our host was quick to respond to our questions. We loved being able to walk to the downtown shops and restaurants and also to the Factory! The sidewalks are nice and wide; we felt very safe. It was really neat to stay in this old cabin, so much history.
Weekend getaway! Nice location easy walk to downtown with boutique shops and restaurants. Also, can walk to the Factory. Easy parking. Host made us feel very welcomed.
Outstanding stay in a really cool location right between the Factory and downtown Franklin inside a gated area.Getting to the location was very easy as was the check-in process and stay. Most importantly, it was just as described in the posting. Very rustic, comfortable and laid out perfectly with your living area on one side, bathroom and shower in the middle, and bedroom on the other side. Our host was very accessible and quick to respond to any questions or needs. We brought family in the area by to see it and she was very accommodating. We hope to stay again very soon here!
We were able to park the truck at the property and walk to the downtown area easily. The light switches are a bit confusing! But nothing that can’t be handled! Amy greeted us upon arrival and was available during the entire stay.
MICE, SPIDERS AND BUGS! When we arrived there were mouse droppings in the closets and on the bedding in the closets. The owner dropped off mouse traps and asked us to set them and dispose of the dead mouse when we caught it. For this, were not provided any compensation or discount. In addition, there were cobwebs with spiders and insects crawling in the house. I'm okay with handling a mouse and some bugs, but would have expected a partial, if not full refund for the stay. That seems reasonable, right?? Especially at 300/night for a 1-room property. That said, the location was great if you want to be close to downtown Franklin, and the setting back in the trees was lovely. Communication was great and the host accommodated a quick turnaround for a next day check in. As long as you're good with a little pest control at 300/night, this is the place for you. :)

I had a feeling that this ULTRA last minute request was going to be a disaster, but I accommodated freeloading Jeff’s less than12 hour request for my cabin (on 15 acres) anyway. Within 5 minutes of his late night arrival, he was complaining. I offered to fix the problem IMMEDIATELY, at every junction, and it was never enough. He only complained about 1 issue on my text. Now, there are multiple issues according to him. News to me. Messages to prove that. He also never responded. He wanted a last minute, free vacation at my luxury property. I believe he “planted” his issues. I would like to look at his other bookings now. Probably similar issues. I had someone check out 1 day before with a 5 star review. Sorry, FREELOADING JEFF, I offered you a compromise, but you NEVER responded & wanted to write a terrible review instead. PLEASE DO NOT ALLOW FREELOADER JEFF IN YOUR HOME UNLESS YOU WANT THIS RESULT. He wants a last minute, FREE accommodation and he will resort to ANYTHING. Sorry not going to tolerate a liar and a thief. He also removed items, from my cabin, that obviously did not belong to him. JEFF IS A FREELOADER. Zero out of 5 stars, if that’s an option. (Single Mom here that is trying to run a small business and hates a liar & a thief. Shame on them…a freeloading couple…that you CANNOT make happy. No matter what.) I would be embarrassed, Freeloading Jeff.
