My friends say the house is haunted. Lol! The man who built the house is also said to haunt the downtown Suncoast Theater. You can make your own decision. If Willard does haunt the house, he is a nice ghost.
1 bd 1 ba, studio riverfront, approx .5 mi from open Gulf. Private entrance. Dock available. Walking distance to several tiki bars, restaurants, kayak rental, boat rental, casino cruise, charter fishing, and fishing from the dock. 1.7 mi to Sims Park and downtown. Can walk, drive, or go by kayak to all the above. Daniel Green pellet smoker/BBQ available. Newly remodeled studio room with a small kitchenette. Upstairs via a spiral staircase. Large semi-private deck.

My place is perfect for fishing off the dock. Trout, sheepshead, tarpon, snook, alligator gar, etc.
