Great Location and House

Our stay couldn’t have gone better this is the perfect location for 8-10 people gathering. So close to Stateline and all south lake activities. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Great location

This is our second time staying here. We love the spaciousness of the cabin, the forest view from the deck, the close location to Nevada Beach and the trail leading into forest just a couple of streets away.

South Lake Tahoe ski trip

Stayed here for a ski trip with friends. We all slept comfortably in short ride away from the base of the mountain near the restaurants and casinos.

Fantastic location great open space house with deck

Amazing

This was the ideal getaway, I’m so happy I found this property, it was private and had the perfect if not more, amount of space we needed. Everyone enjoyed the amenities and it was super close to the casinos and beaches! Will definitely recommend!

Great location!

This was a great place for our extended family to stay together. The teens loved the pool table and played a lot of games. The adults loved the path into the National park nearby to walk. Everyone enjoyed the deck looking over the forest. The house had plenty of space for us to hang out and relax. We would love to come back here.

Awesome House

The property is right off the highway. Super close to the casinos. Perfect location honestly to everything. Snow storm came through our last night and street snow plows had cleared the street to main road by 9am. Great house and neighborhood. I would definitely stay here again.

101 Sequoia Dr, Stateline NV - Winter Retreat

We really love and enjoy our stay at the 101 Sequoia Dr. Our kids love the snow pile where they played snow sledding. The house was well prepare as far as trash bags, paper towels, toilet tissues, and soaps were provided enough for us to use. The property has 4 beds and 3 baths, pool table, deck, washer/dryer, corner lot. It is a very clean house, love the kitchen with beautiful and power range hood. We really love it and definitely would rent again in the future. I would love to recommend anyone to rent this property. It had only couple window blinds that are broken, but I still give it a 5-star rating. Tony.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We chose this property because of its convenient location to our in laws. I had my out of state family with me. I was so embarrassed with the lack of furnishings in the kitchen. We had a party of 10 to cook for and had to use two different medium scratched up skillets just to cook our eggs. The utensils in the kitchen were hodgepodge and I could’ve found better at a thrift store. Overall the house was very dated and needs some upgrades. The linens were decent, but the furnishings were outdated and a little smelly.

Wonderful House

The house is at the end of the street and abuts a gorgeous open property and has a view. The grill and overhead vent on the kitchen making cooking a breeze inside and out. The patio is great. We called about AC and they picked up the phone right away to remind us it didn’t have any. (I forgot) but we found a ton of fans and after like 5 minutes of opening the windows it was comfy at night, then we left the top open during the day and it felt comfortable the whole time. Small thing: the main kitchens trash can has unprotected jagged steel on the base. PLEASE REPLACE OR REMOVE THE STEEL. My friend cut his toe badly when we just opened it to throw something away.

Nice pool table in a separate game room.This is the second time I have rented a property in the Tahoe area from Buckingham/Opulent Vacations and have been very pleased with the personal service provided by their team.

Nicely maintained home.

There were some really good things about the property and then some just average things. When we arrived the lockbox code wouldn't work. Apparently, the code was changed and I wasn't given the new code. We had to wait for about an hour before we finally got access. This was unfortunate because we had just finished our long drive, picked up pizza, and was excited to watch the bowl game. Once we got inside we found out the TV was not the size advertised and the channels available did not allow for the bowl game to show. The home overall was very nice and spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had all the desired utensils and appliances. The downstairs shower left a lot to be desired in terms of water pressure. It would have been nice if this home had a fire place. It adds to the mountain effect and character of the home. All in all we had a good stay and it was more about the company and the good times which this house did facilitate. Being less than a mile to the gondola and close to the grocery store was a big plus as well.

Spacious and close to Heavenly but not a luxary as we expected.

We stayed at this property with my two sisters and their families. The location was great and the house was spacious with great views but we were disappointed as how run down the furniture of this house was. The house was advertised as a luxury house but it was far from it. The dinning chairs, specially one of them was so unstable that we couldn't sit on. The sofa bed was so old and so uncomfortable that we ended putting its cushions on the floor and sleeping on that. The blankets were very thin and very old. The bed spreads were old and not good looking. The curtains were old and some were dirty. The stove was not very clean. We ended up cleaning it some more ourselves. The appliances were good brands and worked well. The kitchen supplies were placed very unorganized. It was hard to find things. Overall we had a good time because we were with our loved ones and there was nice snow and nice views during our stay but please do not advertise this property as a luxury property. The price was too high for what this rental is worth.
