The house

Our holiday home 'dunes Star' is very high, classified by the DTV with 5 stars, and furnished with great attention to detail for up to 5 people.
It is spread over 2 floors each with a bathroom and is fully equipped with underfloor heating and electric shutters. Dishwasher, washing machine, dryer and Wi-Fi are of course available, also serves a Saeco coffee machine with freshly ground coffee. In addition, there are three televisions, Blu-ray player, home theater system and a beach chair in your backyard.
The 'Dunes Star' is very quiet and yet wonderfully centrally embedded in, the South Beach no 10-minute walk, the shops and restaurants less than 5 minutes.

Uns erwartete ein Ferienhaus, in dem wir herrlich entspannte Tage verbringen konnten. Die Ausstattung war super.Es fehlte uns an nichts! Bei Ankunft waren die Betten bezogen,die Räume angenehm temperiert. Und eine Flasche Sekt zur Begrüßung! Einfach klasse!

Entspannter Urlaub auf Borkum

Unkomplizierte Buchung und Check-in mit Tür Code. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit u. gut erreichbar. In der Wohnung viel ein leichter Hundegeruch auf u. bis auf ein Hundhaarknaeul auf dem Wohnzimnerteppich war die Wohnung sehr sauber. Die Nutzung der Waschmaschine und Trockner (Mieter sollten nach Nutzung das Flusensieb reinigen, war komplett voll) war sehr praktisch. Schade, dass nicht ein Bad eine Wanne hat, über der man mal schnell lange Haare waschen kann. Unsere Tochter hat ihr Zimmer mit Doppelbett und Fernseher geliebt. Das Eltern Schlafzimmer war o. K., aber das Dachzimmer zieht etwas, die Kissen waren für uns nicht bequem, ebenso die Matratze und laute klapper Geräusche gelangten von außen rein. Die Küche und die Ausstattung war sehr gut und hochwertig, das Wohnzimmer sehr gemütlich und die Sofas bequem (man kann auch darauf schlafen, wenn man nicht groß ist). Die gesamte Wohnung ist durch die Fussbodenheizung selbst bei Stellung 1 recht warm. Die 2 Duschen waren schön groß und sauber. Die Wohnung ist auf einem hohen Niveau und alles ist wie beschrieben, nur den Strandkorb im Garten haben wir vermisst. Die Lage ist sehr gut und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden dieses Haus auch wieder anmieten. Einpaar Hinweise für die Vermieter: - Klobuersten austauschen - Duschkopf oben austauschen - Rauchmelder Schlafzi. mit neuen Batterien versehen und wieder anbringen - Das li. Schlafzi. könnte vielleicht mal renoviert werden.

Wohlfühl Urlaub

Die Wohnung ist wunderschön modern, stilvoll und komfortabel eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und die Zeit genossen. Die Ausstattung war perfekt, alle notwendigen Verbrauchsgegenstände (Toilettenpapier, Spülmittel etc.) vorhanden. Sehr nette Betreuung und Kommunikation mit Frau Meller-Ghalib! Gerne wieder!

Sehr schön eingerichtete Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und mit allem eingerichtet, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub benötigt. Die Lage ist sehr gut - zentrumsnah und nah zum Südstrand. Auch ein Bäcker ist gleich ums Eck. Hundefreundlich. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieterin. Diese Wohnung kann man nur weiterempfehlen!

Ruhig und erholsam

Da wir die Insel sehr gut kennen, haben wir uns diesmal die FeWo Dünenstern ausgewählt. Sie entsprach der Beschreibung und in vollem Umfang unseren Erwartungen. Die FeWO liegt sehr schön ruhig und im Grünen. Es war sauber und gepflegt, auch der Garten war gepflegt und wurde von uns gerne genutzt.

Sehr schön und ruhig innerhalb Borkums gelegene große neue Ferienwohnung über zwei Etagen als eigenständige Doppelhaushälfte mit eigenem Eingang. Für eine Ferienwohnung ungewöhnlich luxuriös und durchdacht ausgestattet. Hunde sind willkommen. Im Vorfeld und während des Aufenthaltes ausgesprochen freundliche und aufmerksame, gleichwohl unaufdringliche Betreuung seitens der Vermieterin. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen, geradezu Geheimtip, wenn man das Besondere sucht und einen Gegenwert für den dann natürlich nicht geringen, weil berechtigten Mietpreis erwartet.

Vermieterin: sehr aufmerksamer und unterstützender Kontakt über Mail und Handy. Gute Lokalitäten, Einkaufsmarkt und Fahrradverleih fußläufig erreichbar. Wir waren mit unseren 3 Kindern (9,9 und 15 Jahre) da und empfehlen das Haus unseren Freunden mit gutem Gefühl als sehr schöne Wohlfühloase auf Borkum!
