Studios On 25th by BCA Furnished Apartments offers "Cool Classic" & "Chic Premium" Studio Apartments - 20 modern and classically renovated furnished apartments designed for short visits or extended stays with weekly cleaning service located in the most convenient Buckhead/Midtown Atlanta neighborhood, 1 block off Peachtree Street.

Your studio is fully equipped with modern furnishings, premium bedding and linens, and everything you need in a kitchen to dine at home. It's ideally suited for business travel or when relocation plans bring you to Atlanta.

FAQs and Important Stuff

Pets

Yes, we are pet friendly! We can accept up to (2) small to medium sized pets per unit, with some breed restrictions. Please tell us what kinds of pet(s) you have and some information about their breed, weight, and age. If approved, there is an additional $35.00 monthly pet cleaning fee. If your stay is less than 45 days, it is only a 1-time fee. Pet fees are charged separately after a reservation is booked. We ask that you make necessary arrangements so that your pets do not disturb other guests. You are responsible for any damage the pet(s) may cause and an additional deposit may be required based on breed, weight, and age.

For licensed/registered service animals, please refer to the BCA Furnished Apartments website Terms & Conditions.

Virtual Check-In, Minimum Age & Identity Verification

All Guests MUST check-in online using our Virtual Front Desk at least 3-days PRIOR to arrival or at the time of booking if it is less than 48 hours from the arrival date. Arrival instructions and property access will not be provided until the Check-In & Lodging Agreement are complete, and information provided is verified.

The minimum age to book a reservation with BCA Furnished Apartments is 21-years old. Age will be verified after a reservation is booked.

Like checking in at a hotel front desk though, we collect:
- A valid credit card for identity verification (all guests) and/or incidentals/damages (if allowed by the online travel agent)
- A picture of your Government Issued Photo ID (driver's license, passport or similar)
- A “Live Selfie”

BCA Furnished Apartments reserves the right to perform identity verification and criminal background checks on all guests prior to, during, or after a stay and may terminate a reservation for any reason without penalty to BCA Furnished Apartments.

Another great stay

This was my second stay with BCA Atlanta and I have to say this may be my new normal for business travel. So much more comfortable to come back to after a long work day. Already booked my next stay. Perfect place to stay in Midtown Atlanta.

I stayed in Atlanta for a bit over 2 weeks before some travels and this place was perfect. The staff is incredibly helpful and nice. They were able to help print out any documents I needed for travel as well as information on many other things. The kitchen works well and was able to not miss a beat cooking all my meals here. The bed was comfortable and there is a nice little desk to work on and use the computer. I really enjoyed my stay here and am glad I chose BCA Studio. If you like waling you can walk about 2 miles to get to the Piedmont Park which is beautiful. The apartment is situated in a very affluent area of midtown so I always felt safe and enjoyed walking around the neighborhood with the crisp cool winter air.

Convenient and Clean, but the porch light was too bright

The porch light above the door could not be turned off and the blinds do not block out the light, so the room never got all the way dark at night, which made falling asleep difficult. The location is nice and having a stove, fridge and microwave in the room is so nice. Team BCA Response: Thank you for the great review! Just okay.

The bed sheets appeared worn and used a lot. Check-in was time consuming and intensive, initially. The apartment appeared clean. The ceiling was peeling. However, the apt. appeared to be freshly rehabbed. I was able to communicate with the contact-personnel because it was prior to 9pm ... I am most likely not going to stay with this company again. Just not my thing.

Hidden Gem

Great Location for Midtown or Downtown access. Quiet neighborhood, close to great restaurants and shopping. Inside rooms very nicely done, beds comfy, plenty of pillows and towels. They have thought of everything. AND the price is a VALUE. But most of all Alex and Michael are very customer driven and will go out of way to insure your stay is 5 star.
