Bridal Suite --> Elegant bridal suite on main floor with vaulted ceiling, lighted chandeliers, massive walk in closet, spacious shower, soaking tub, entry to outdoor patio.

My own bed please? Why yes :) House offers 3 Kings, 12 twins, and a comfy sofa for the fun lady in the group who drinks a tad too much and decides the sofa near the entry is a good spot to nap. (extra beds allow for more options on who sleeps where)

Gourmet Kitchen that's large enough for ample Chefs to share and open enough for a shared meal and sprawling snacks. Just steps away is a cute dining table area.

Per Nashville city ordinance - the house is available for 12 overnight guests. (For those hosting dinners/ corporate events -etc, additional guests need to vacate prior to 10:00 Local & city noise ordinances to be observed). property is in Downtown Zoning so Street parking is available (2 designated spaces in the rear of the home)

Safety / Security --> House includes an external camera system which you can view from inside the home. All Camera's are external and residents have 100% access and visibility of these camera's (Front Patio, Back Patio, City view Roof Deck)

We had an excellent stay here. Owner was friendly, responsive, and helpful with information when asked. The neighborhood looked questionable but we felt safe the whole time and all the Uber drivers said it wasn’t a bad part of town. We were very close to the farmers market and downtown wasn’t too far either (some of our group even walked home one night). There was so much room and I loved the outside spaces! I’d rent it again!

Perfect location

Our group had a fantastic stay last weekend at this property. The home is everything it claims to be. Tons of space, bathrooms beds, modern kitchen, outdoor space, everything you need. We also loved the location as it is walkable to the Broadway scene but is located in the Germantown area which also has many things to offer. I highly recommend this for your trip to Nashville!

Wonderful home

I brought my daughter and her six friends for her 21st. The home was lovely, great size, decor was cozy and close to Broadway. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was nice and big for cooking. Working with Dallas was a delight. We will definitely be back to rent this home.

Birthday trip that included four (4) adult couples. House is absolutely beautiful! Very,very clean (I'm a freak about that). Rooftop deck is awesome. Great and quick communication with Dallas on any and all questions. Quick Uber ride to Broadway. We will definitely stay here again!

The setup and location were awesome

The couch, living room chairs and duvet covers could use a good shampooing but overall great house, location and setup. We struggled to connect with the owner when we couldn’t get the temp regulated in unseasonably warm temps.

Discovered a gas leak upon arrival Thursday night. Called homeowner immediately. Didn't hear from him until noon the next day and he wanted me to be at the house to deal with the gas company. Gas company came and shut off gas to the whole house. None of us could shower or use stove. Owner was extremely rude on the phone and needs a property manager that is in the state to deal with issues if he can't be there. You can also tell that the work to redo the home was not done properly. Two faucets were not installed properly (one did not even work), there should be a shut off valve for the firepit, the AC was not working on the second floor, the door to the bathroom on the first floor is not functioning (no handle, does not shut all the way), the back porch had old appliances sitting there, outdoor trash cans were full outside. Lastly, the neighborhood is very sketchy. Did not feel safe at night. I am extremely disappointed with our stay.

The house is very clean and roomy! Kitchen worked great for us. Beds are super comfy! Didn't get to enjoy roof deck much as it was pretty cold, but it is really nice. House seems like a newer rental. Not stocked with any condiments/spices (usually people leave those behind). Didn't have hangers when we got their but Dallas ordered them and they were shipped to the house. Location is just a bit sketchy, but felt completely safe - just walked to stores using the buddy system or we Ubered! Would stay again!!!

Not worth my time or money

I definitely don’t think it was cleaned before we came. There was sticky stuff in the floor of the kitchen and of the loft. There was also trash in the bathroom trash cans , and the toilet had not been flushed or cleaned. There were stains on the bedspread and was not washed. The host tried to scam me out of more money. The listing says up to 12 people but the host tried to charge me for anyone after the first 8 people. I had to cut my numbers down to 8 the day before. The host has poor customer services skills and I will never stay here again and the house is in the ghetto but there were no issues with crime. I will not recommend this place to anyone. Not even my worst enemy.

Darrell, My sincere apologies you didn’t enjoy your stay. Upon arrival we allowed early check in - late check out and you sent a text stating the house was beautiful. The house is zoned Downtown and anyone can research “germantown” nashville and make their own opinion of “ghetto”. Avg home price is about 1.2 Million in this area. I’ll now address the truth behind your review. Upon learning you would have several extra guests visit the house for business meetings; I suggested you cancel immediately. You declined because other “like” properties were much more expensive or not near downtown. I outlined the house caters to large groups / bachelor and bachelorette parties / family groups. Hence we don’t have office areas in the bedrooms. We don’t have a conference room setting, we don’t have 12 extra parking spots ( most our guests Uber or have 2-6 vehicles). I strongly suggested you cancel and you were upset with this suggestion and further upset when informed pricing would be increased as additional parties entered the house. As a result you canceled your onsite meetings and told me on a call you would keep the booking because the price was very favorable.

Scam! Random charges

We booked for 1 night. The policy states “ Parties and events (including family gatherings, birthday parties and weddings) are allowed on site; maximum attendees: 99“. We were at the location at 6pm, had our gathering with 94 guest and everyone vacated party at 8:30pm. We followed all listing protocols and cleaned all at end of party. Host did not follow agreement and next day call us directly and state there would be a an additional $1400 for party. This was a said to be for party guests. There is no charge per party guest only that not exceed 99. We did that. Party ended 8:30pm it was catered with pizza, chic-fil-a, etc. all was waste was put into plastic garbage bags and closed and left at the garbage can. He causes us of having a party, we did be the lister states. He states it was a mess yet has no pictures of said mess. And when we asked about the charge, he refused to discuss, was hostile and uncooperative to speak about it. And he threatened on of the renters. Lastly, we also paid an additional $59 for added damage coverage that has not been considered. That is a scam too. But $1400 garage for a party that followed all rules is out of line and disingenuous act towards renters. He refuses any money back. Do not rent!

DO NOT BOOK HIM

RUN! Do not book him!! He is a crook & will try to add extra charges to your stay. He is very condescending & tries to talk down to you. He was not friendly at all nor helpful. For starters, the listing says it can fit 12, I had a group of 7 and he tried to charge me an additional $$ per person and said there can be no more than 8 or he will call the cops. He never sent the code to get into the house, I had to contact him several times to do so. I had a friend that arrived before me & had to wait over an hour at the house because he did not send the code. Secondly, he has a large list of house rules that are nowhere in the listing. You have to wash & dry all of your own bedding or he will fine you! Check out is at 10 & he wanted the bedding of 7 people washed & dried before leaving. In addition to that he still tried to charge me extra because he said there was a mark on the comforter. He also lied & tried to charge me a cleaning fee for carpets that aren’t even in the house. It was all hardwood floors so I can not figure out what carpet needed cleaned. He also requires you to take the trash out or you will be fined but provided NO outside garbage bins. After contacting him he told me to walk up the street & take the trash to family dollar despite their $600 dumping fine. He still did not care & told me to illegally dump it. He also tried to charge me for a couch cleaning when the couch in there is broken already, old, stained up & smells like mildew. RUN!

Not remotely sure where to start. You stated you loved the house but the issue was with me the host. I’m ok with that. I disagree that holding you accountable is being a “crook” (1) your friend arrived at 3 hours early and gained access 2 hours prior to check in. Sorry she waited but I was very clear that we had to honor the check out time of the prior guests. You gained access early to the home. (2) yes - I made it clear there would be additional charges for additional guests. We are completely ok with larger parties. We are not ok with random strangers showing up at house parties . (3) yes - we had to remove smoke from the house after your departure and charged your deposit for smoking in the house. (4) washing your own bedding is not a requirement. When people stay late as you did for no added charge- we ask them to start the laundry (5) you were charged for the blood and stains to replace two comforters. That is correct. I provided photos to you and VRBO. Notice that VRBO sided with me and enforced the charge. If it was not accurate- VRBO would have not allowed the damage deposit to be partially refunded vs fully refunded (6) I never claimed carpets needed cleaning. I claimed and the cleaning crew did clean out the smoke odor. Had your group smoked outside - this would not have been an issue The reality is you were disrespectful to the house and as a result for me charging your deposit- you will be leaving a bad review

We booked this home for my son and daughter-in-law’s bachelor/bachelorette celebration, and it was perfect! The space was clean, roomy, and comfortable for our group. The location couldn’t have been better—close to everything we wanted to do in Nashville. We had an amazing time and made such great memories here. 10/10 would absolutely recommend!
