Large house for all size groups of ATV riders. House located on the Connector for Pocahontas Hatfield Trails with connection to Indian Ridge, Pinnacle Creek, Warrior & Outlaw Trails. Secure parking for 8 trucks & trailers. Ride your ATV to area restaurants, gas & grocery stores, car wash, and laundromat. Warm up by the fireplace on snowy days and enjoy your privacy beside our fire pits, during corn hole competition, or while grilling a favorite meal after a long day on top of the mountain.

Our property is located in a very private setting with very little traffic or noise. Also our property is well maintained and clean.

What makes this property unique

Guests can access trails, restaurants, and other local attractions from ATV'S. Once settled into the house you never have to get back into your car to travel to local area's, just get on your ATV/UTV and go.
