This place would be fantastic in the summer, just a little bit cold for this time of the year. We spent all our time in the kitchen area which is very sunny and a smaller area to heat at night. It brought back memories of living in Christchurch in the ‘50s, similar furniture, similar decor. The property is very well located for the amenities of the Mount.

Location doesn't get much better than this place.

Location doesn't get much better than this place. Kids playground across the road, main street beside that. Right in the middle of both main beach and harbour side and a perfect view of the Mt from the back lawn. The house itself is an awesome one ... a proper retro old style batch. Will defiantly be looking up this place every time we head back.
